We have used Coyote Plumbing for 30 years. Deb ran the office and had run it for 30 or 35 years. The guys there, Karry, and Terry, did a fast acurate job but now having retired Deb and others has passed the jobs to Aaron Massey. My first order I was skeptical because when companies get passed to others its usually not a great thing. But Aaron came and he is in the same vein as I have always had with Coyote and he fixed our water leak in the toilet. He was acurate, friendly, on time, and explained his work. Most importantly, the value of the job was as it had been in the past, and he came one day after I called the office which we were in a giant pinch, with the water to the house turned completely off for several days. We will be calling again!! Give them a shot in Mesa and East Valley.

Yelp again for the win! Aaron from Coyote Plumbing responded within minutes of my inquiry for emergency service. I had no water in my condo. We scheduled for the next morning with a preliminary estimate. He was running ahead of schedule, so he called and arrived 15 minutes early. It could have been so many things - I have two shutoff valves, 2 hose bibs, a shared water source (4 plex), and a water softener system. Within 15 minutes of being on-site he diagnosed the problem - a faulty pressure reduction valve. Within an hour the repair was complete. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Yes, I would recommend them and will call them again for anything Plumbing related.

Aaron replaced a toilet for me today. Coyote Plumbing was easy to schedule and Arron called me when he was on his way. Arron explain everything he was doing and work was excellent and cleaned up the work site when he was done. The price was what was quoted with no surprises. Highly recommended and they will be my only call when I need more plumbing work done.

Great company! We had to work with our warranty company to have another plumber complete the job and they connected us to Coyote Plumbing & Rooter. They were responsive and proactively reached out to schedule the servicing, unlike the other company.

The plumber was on time, communicative, and helpful throughout the service call. He fixed what the initial company messed up on in a timely and professional manner.

I know who to connect with if I have plumbing needs! I highly recommend Coyote Plumbing & Rooter!

My hot water heater let go after business hours and called this in to my home warranty company who assigned this company. At this time had flooded my garage and the room the heater is in so to me this was an emergency. I was called by the office the next morning to set up a time to come out to look at, telling her that I could be home by whenever they could be here within a 30 min notice. That being said this was set for 10:30 am, I left work in enough time to be home at this time. Once I got here Kerry didn't show up for almost an hour later, and I had to call them to find out where he was as he missed our scheduled time. The office was of course at lunch which I had an answering company tell me all they could do was relay my message. Once Kerry showed up all he did was look at my heater and confirm yes it was leaking and tried telling me he couldn't do it for a few more days. After which I told him I would call my warranty company to get this reassigned as this was not acceptable, he said he would rearrange his schedule to get this in the next day. He then connected me with a restoration company due to the water still leaking. He didn't shut off the water to the 50 gallon heater or hook a hose up to let it drain..nothing. And this leaked for well over 24 hours. The restoration company showed up and did the plumbers job to stop the water flowing, only after additionally flooding my kitchen, pantry and laundry room. So now I had to file an insurance claim. The interior of my house could have been saved if he just spent more time doing what a plumber is hired to do.

I have had Cory and Kerry both out on different jobs and have been pleased with their service. I'm giving Coyote Plumbing a 1 star rating, not based on the plumber's ability or service but the lack of professionalism on the part of what you might call their office staff. I have called in the past to schedule appointments only have to call back several times after leaving messages. I hate to do this to the plumbers they have working, but their services are of no value if you cannot get an appointment or get in touch with them. Sorry guys...I'm getting a new plumbing company to work with. Cory and Kerry, thank you for the work you've done in the past for me. Whoever or whatever is manning the phones, take some customer service classes!

Terrible service with Kerry.... Usually have Cory and have good service. Scheduled for Monday and Kerry shows up Wednesday morning to remove water softener...Here for less than an hour $289 later half asses the job and tells us he can remove equipment for extra charge but makes sure to take all the copper piping with him (probably $100 worth of copper) and leaves the rest of the stuff in the middle of the garage with tubing to sink still in place. AVOID Kerry as he is a thief.

Assigned to us thou our warranty company. Never heard from them after 3 days. Called and went thru all info again with Coyote's reception. Finally got a call back setting up time 8-12 noon to arrive. No show. Called their receptionist 3x after that time to see what was happening. No call back from Coyote. Wasted a whole day waiting for them to not show up! Unreliable!
