Assigned to us thou our warranty company. Never heard from them after 3 days. Called and went thru all info again with Coyote's reception. Finally got a call back setting up time 8-12 noon to arrive. No show. Called their receptionist 3x after that time to see what was happening. No call back from Coyote. Wasted a whole day waiting for them to not show up! Unreliable!

Wow, this company is awful. The initial phone call to schedule our appointment was made with a grumpy lady that couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Our plumbers name was Corey, and he was one of the most unpleasant people I've ever dealt with. He had an attitude from the moment he stepped out of his truck. I had to ask him 3 times to put his mask back on. He threw a fit when I asked him to wear booties in my house. I don't care what your political views are, when someone is paying for you to do a service in THEIR house, you follow their house rules. I will never use this company again, and be sure to turn them away from anyone looking for plumbing services. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The plumber barely said two words to me when I opened up the door. He barely said the company name. They did not call me to give me a heads up that he was in his way. Every company I dealt with always called before coming to house. He did not wipe his feet or put booties on. He tracked dirt in my house. I explained what was wrong with toilet & he checked & said yeah. He did not clea up his mess. There were dirt & water that he did not wipe up. Now I have a leak that I didn't have before. Several times I called to get their answering machine or answering service. Nob

I was referred to Coyote Plumbing by a friend. I had them come and remove a very old toilet and replace it with one of the new higher seat, water conservation models. Of course the water line had to be moved about 4 inches which required cutting into the wall. Cory from Coyote made quick work of this job and cleaned up the entire area, including hauling away the old toilet and the box from the new toilet. He even plugged the hole in the wall with the pieces of drywall he had cut out! I am so very pleased with this work and it didn't even cost near what I thought it would. I would not hesitate to call this company again should I need plumbing services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber who does not charge ridiculously high prices and does excellent work!!

We have called on them on several occasions over the years, water leak outside line to house, replace old corroded water valves inside and bibs outside, replace water heater a couple times. Very professional, responsive, and do not charge excessive rates.

We must have got them on a bad week. First of all the office called to set up the home warranty claim and was kind enough to let me know that they'd most likely be rejecting the claim. Do they work for Coyote Plumbing or the home warranty company? The appointment happened and they formulated their own opinion based upon no facts or data. Just an assumption. Further, he noted that the flooring was possibly installed around the toilet so we'd have to pay for some flooring work. So, the $75 deductible went all the way to around $1,000 for a new toilet and flooring installation. Our home warranty company sent out another company and we now have a new toilet without having to pay for a complete bathroom remodel. Two opportunities to win over a customer, they must not have wanted to deal with us?

This was the 2nd time we've used Coyote Plumbing. I live in Tempe and have the Tempe SLIP program which is an insurance type program that protects your sewer line beyond your home's footprint so if there's a clog they pay to fix it. Unfortunately they have contracted with companies like Roto Rooter and their pricing is very high if they need to fix something outside of the SLIP program constraints. For our recent kitchen clog Roto Rooter was going to charge $290 to snake the line. Coyote offered to do it for $90. I obviously chose Coyote and it turned out that they came out quickly, the plumber was friendly and on time, and the job was done effectively. In the world of plumbing, pricing can be all over the place and I would recommend looking around and not just going with the first place you find because you are desperate for a fix. Coyote Plumbing did not try and over charge me and has earned my loyalty and I will be using them for my plumbing needs moving forward.

Very disappointed!
We called because of a clogged toilet. They agreed to come out the same day, which was nice. He got there later in the evening. He complained about having to work such long hours and told us that he was tired and had to work very early the next morning. He spent less than 10 minutes working on the toilet before declaring that the toilet was cheap and we needed to have it replaced. It was not fixable. He charged us $100 for that diagnosis. We went to WalMart and got a cheap snake. We were able to unclog the toilet on our own after only a couple of tries. We called the company to ask for a refund. They said that the plumber who came out always gets great feedback. It was as if they didn't believe us. They said that the owner would call us. And he did not. We had to call again to complain before they refunded us. I would look for another company for plumbing needs. They seem to be too busy for customer service and quick to make you pay for repairs that you don't need.
