Recommend without reservation. We only had dribbles of water in our house due to a failed PRV valve. We contacted Cox on Saturday and they had someone in Sunday afternoon to replace the valve and get our water running again. Reasonably priced, on time, quick, and competent work. That's all any of us could want. Highly recommended.

The problem was not resolved. I paid money, $75.00, just for someone from this company to pour water behind the shower wall. I had to contact a different plumber to fix the issue. Mr. Cox was not professional. It took a few attempts to get a receipt. When I addressed my concerns about the receipt and told him that the issue still continued, he did not respond. When I told him that I had to contact a different plumbing company and what the issue was, he still did not respond. I paid more money to Cox Plumbing than I did to Top Notch Plumbing and the professionalism I received was very satisfying.

The work was done on time, was very high quality, and was less expensive than a competitor's quote we received. I called on a failed do-it-yourself shower handle replacement. It was so bad that I broke the valve off and had no water in the house. After a quick phone call and a couple of photos, I was given a reasonable estimate and a quick response time. He was here in no time with quality parts. For a repair that took me a couple of hours to create, he was done in less than an hour. Super clean, professional and could not be happier. The final cost even came in $50 under the estimate. I will definitely be calling These guys again before I try to do my own plumbing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our water heater broke suddenly and Osaro was the only plumber we called that answered right away and offered to come same day on a holiday weekend.

Two areas I will not touch in a house are electrical, and plumbing. My hot water heater USED to hold 50 gallons, until a couple days ago when it emptied out all of its contents, thus creating a basement pool. After calling many different plumbers and getting conflicting stories as to what will be needed, and what is code, Mr. Cox finally put to rest all of my suspicions on if there were honest and reliable plumbers out there.

He arrived within the time he told us, and kept me well informed of the process, as he went through the steps it took to replace my hot water heater. He was very patient with all of the questions I had about maintenance and care, along with questions I had about possible additions to the house.

His work was clean and efficient, and his prices could not be beat. A very cordial and knowledgeable guy, who we will have no problem contacting again if we have major work that needs to be done in our home.
