He came the same day, arranged repairs with my friends, and consistently followed up until I got home. My new water heater is much sleeker and fits better in my space. I'm not a plumber, it's just not my scene. My home expertise stops after minor electrical and aesthetic fixes. So, when our toilet broke, I had to call in a specialist to replace the unit. I used Yelp to find local plumbers in the area, and I put out a general call to Cox Plumbing.

They responded the same day and we were able to coordinate a visit within a couple of days. Honestly, they would have been here sooner had I been more attentive to my inbox! They were really quick on getting back to me, with basically no message sitting unanswered for more than a couple of hours.

Osaro came by and had the old unit removed and the new unit installed all in less than one hour! There was literally zero for me to do, as he handled everything. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. I really appreciated his attention to detail (he took his shoes off without asking, for example). The whole project was over and done with quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I would recommend Cox Plumbing for any home plumbing job you need based on this experience alone. I will definitely be keeping their number handy for future reference!
