Updating my previous review - I didn't realize I had given the wrong phone number one of the times we had trouble getting in contact, which certainly posed an extra challenge that was my fault!!

So my tub faucet was dripping every 4 secs or so and my toilet would make this annoying screech every time I flushed. I called this company based off the Yelp reviews hoping it wasn't one of those ""please give me a good review"" companies. Let me tell you...I videoed my problems, sent him a text, and got my quote in 5 mins. Osareo (sp?) came by earlier than expected (plus), took his shoes off without me asking (double plus), fixed both problems in 10 mins (triple plus), and showed me where my water valve shut off was since I never knew and I've been living in my house for 11 years (game bonus). Plus the price was reasonable (even gave a tip). Excellent service. Good price. Fast work. No leak. No toilet screech. AND he didn't ask me to write this review. Two thumbs up.

We noticed a leak in the ceiling and called a plumbing company we've used a couple times in the past that we had great experience with. They were unavailable to come out, so my husband found Mr. Cox based on Yelp reviews.

My husband called and arranged the time for Mr. Cox and team to come to the house to take a look. He found that the wax seal around our master bathroom toilet was the culprit to the leak, and offered a reasonable rate to fix it. However, I really wanted a new toilet altogether and inquired about the cost of install. Mr. Cox gave me a reasonable rate and even sent me a couple of different cost options for a toilet. Upon removing the old toilet, more issues were found that Mr. Cox brought to our attention. My husband and I have our first child on the way, so we were working on a very limited budget --- cost creeping up is something we definitely cannot afford right now. Mr. Cox was informative and explained everything and the cost involved. He was willing to work with us on the final cost which we REALLY appreciated.

Pros:
- Quick to respond
- Great communication
- Professional
- Great customer service
- Reasonably priced (compared to other area plumbers)
- Cleaned up behind themselves
- Installation was good, clean, and efficient
- Very polite
- Cut the wet drywall out of our ceiling and vacuumed behind themselves

Cons:
- Not really a ""con"" per se but upon removing our old toilet, one of the guys leaked dirty water across our hardwood floors, stairs and brand new carpet. HOWEVER, as soon as I brought it to his attention...he cleaned it right up behind himself and was apologetic.

Overall, we would use Cox Plumbing again and recommend them to friends and family in the area. We really appreciated the professionalism and promptness.

This company does good work when they show up. Not reliable on keeping to schedule or time
Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Show up when they feel like it Will never use them again!!!!!!!!! A real pain in the ass when you are trying to finish a job

My toilet was clogged and I contacted Mr. Cox. He responded to me immediately and came the same day. He is willing to text and works efficiently with excellent customer service. I have since then referred a friend to him who needed more extensive work than I did. My friend informed me that he came on time and got her last minute job done faster than she could have imagined. She was very pleased. I would definitely recommend his services.

We had s water heater replaced by Cox Plumbing and can not say enough about the quality of service. Mr Cox was prompt, always responded to our phone calls and had very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend.

Had a Saturday minor emergency. Called, got an immediate callback, and they sent Jeff out 1.5 hours later. He is friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. Under an hour for the repair and the price worked great for me. Absolutely my new goto for a plumber in the area.

I noticed one of my toilets was clogged beyond plunging on Sunday Evening. Mr. Cox got back to me very promptly, and we set up an appointment for Monday. He was prompt, polite, and after looking at the situation, was able to snake/auger the toilet. Within a few minutes, it was working as normal. Cost is also very reasonable. I would certainly use him agian.
