I'm so disappointed to have to do this review but it is the absolute truth. The Cox Plumbing of Orlando team came in and gave us a fantastic price, they completed the work a little bit later than usual but that's to be expected with business. The part that gets me is that the manager/owner Jerry was missing in action, ignored phone calls and text messages, when it came time for some work to be done on our house that was INCLUDED in the contract. His attitude TOTALLY changed, to our complete disappointment, when he had to fulfill his part of the contract. He prioritized us dead last. It was so rude of him to just completely disregard our calls and texts and he EVEN HUNG UP on me once. That was the last straw. When I called his office number of 407-332-0660 his on call assistant, June, mentioned, """"I don't care"""" in response to something I told her. He screened and blocked our calls. I had to call him from a different number to get him to answer. I can't remember exactly what It was so I won't quote it here as I want to be as authentic and real as possible for this review. When people have their private businesses there is no telling what type of customer service you'll get and we got burned badly. Now we are contemplating dragging COX Plumbing of Orlando, INC to court to have them pay for the installation of the plumbing that they were supposed to do contractually but have neglected to do for THREE WHOLE MONTHS of calling and nagging. We are done with the phone calls and the text messages and the bad attitude. You're not going to come in my house with a bad attitude and treat us like 2nd class citizens. The only reason I didn't give Cox Plumbing of Orlando 1 star in this review is that the workers were quite courteous during the install, but GOD forbid you have a problem, you will most likely-based on the hell we've experienced, have a tough time getting a hold of them to schedule follow up work. If I could give zero stars I would. I was calling to ask for information and the lady who picked up the phone was so incredibly rude to me. She complained that """"I didn't introduce myself or say the nature of my call"""" when she didn't give her own name, and then hung up on me. As someone who speaks with many business owners every day, I'll make sure to keep this place in mind.
