After calling another company more local to me that never called me back, I reached out to Cox Plumbing. They were very willing to take my business. They arrived the next day on schedule (this was not an emergency, so next day was perfectly acceptable). I showed them the problem, they went to work, and had the job wrapped up in no time. I do feel like they could have been in less of a rush. Once they finished, they didn't test the work very thoroughly and this made me a little nervous about what might happen when they left. I checked up on it later, and the major problem had been fixed. One of the secondary issues was still a minor problem. I think they would have seen this had they just taken the time to check their work thoroughly. I fixed it myself with some plumbing tape. Overall, a 4/5 and I would recommend them. The prices are fair (well.. as fair as they can be, because let's be honest, plumbing is stupid expensive to begin with).
