Cox came to the rescue for us. The bladder in our pressure tank had failed and we had a leak in an old galvanized pipe. Our call was answered by a friendly and concerned receptionist. Help arrived at our home within a few hours. The Cox plumbers were excellent and knowledgeable. The job was professionally completed. The bill was submitted to us in a timely fashion, easy to pay and FAIRLY PRICED. Thank you so much.

My wife is wheelchair bound. After 5 different construction companies said they would complete the master bath for barrier free access then backed out we called Cox the owner visited our house listened to what we wanted and told us the only way is to quote T&M.
The crew knew we had a deadline of May 3 that is the floor tile installation. After 3 1/2 day the job is ready for floor tile then quartz solid surface walls
To Cox Construction the biggest THANK YOU we could ever give
If we ever need that help again I will call Cox. The crew we had were real people and had honest concern for our family

They effectively repaired the well tank. Very efficient and courteous. They were recommended by Doug Painter. Don't know why a previous Yelp review only gave them 1 star.

My brother and I own an old commercial building with two apartments on the second floor. For the last seven years, since we began restoration work on the apartments, we have used Cox Construction & Plumbing for all of our restoration plumbing work, which has been considerable, and, over the years, plumbing work for the tenants as needed. We have, in every instance, been very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the plumbers, and the costs involved. The plumbers just left my house today after quickly and efficiently unstopping my kitchen sink, so I wanted to give long over-due credit to this fine company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We had a pump go out on our septic tank and called them to have it fixed. They pumped the tank and ordered our parts. When they received our parts they waited OVER A MONTH (with us calling everyday) to show up to put it in. We had to have the tank pumped AGAIN because they refused to come out. Finally installed it and the INSANE BILL shows up. They won't remove the second pumping charge and will only break payments into quarters. They want me to pay them $800 a month!!!!! The receptionist was rude but did admit that she didn't know anyone who had an extra $800 a month right now but oh well. This company is HORRIBLE. If I could give negative stars, I WOULD.

This was a professional contractor from start to finish. They showed up on time, gave me an reasonable estimate. Came back the next morning, when they said they would, and did a fantastic job. I had them replace the water line from the street to my house. There is a tiny spot where they had to dig out around the water main which they filled back and it and leveled, other than that you cannot even tell there were here!! Really impressed.

I waited 2.5 weeks for the estimator to come to my house to provide an estimate for water damages sustained during cold weather when a gasket broke in our toilet. I did not mind to wait this long as the company came very highly recommended. After the estimator arrived and looked at the damages he said it would be 2+ weeks to provide the written estimate that we could submit to our insurance company. It has now been 5 weeks and I do not have the estimate and can not get any person there to call me with any further details on when this is expected. I would not recommend using this company if this is how their estimation process is handled I can only speculate how their actual construction process would go.

Love Love Cox Construction and Plumbing. We used them last month to install new bathroom sink faucets and fix outside faucet, they were awesome. Tonight I had to call them as our humidifier was not operating and my husband tried to drain it and the water from the humidifier pipe leaked and was dripping water we had to turn off our water to stop the leaking. I called and Angie referred us to a contract company they use. Needless to say that was not working out I called Angie back and she had a service man come right over to fix the leak so we could turn our water back on. Excellent customer service!!! Reasonable prices! Thanks to my sister, Nancy Croushorn for recommending Cox! I want to thanks personally Theresa Shuler and Angie for all of their help!
