They gave me a quote in writing, but refused to give me a break-down of the costs for materials and the costs for labor. They said, we don't do that. Then, I was ambushed by the owner and he accused me of being rude. I do not understand why they did not want to provide standard information on a quote. I felt like this was very shady and the owners over-the-top reaction was scary.

I called Cowboy plumbing to repair an outside faucet and felt that they did it for a fair price. I recommended them when my Daughter had a disposal replaced. It was on a Saturday morning when she called them. They told her it would be a 175$ service call, but they would deduct that from the cost of the service. When they billed her that afternoon, they said they couldn't deduct the service fee because it was a weekend. They had just told her they would that morning. Her bill for a garbage disposal was 575$. No matter what you charge a customer, you should be honest and up front about your charges and they weren't. They've lost me as a customer!

We're out in the country and woke to a leak under our kitchen sink. We contacted Cowboy Plumbing. A person answered immediately and scheduled a service time. The service person arrived early, identified the issue, made the repairs and was very professional the entire time. Excellent service!!

a plumbing technician came out to our house at 1798 Oak Glen in New Braunfels. My name is Gregg Walrafen. We wanted him to check over the water softener and water heater and drinking water filtration unit under the kitchen sink. After checking them all over. He tried to sell us new filtration and softening equipment. We did not want new equipment. I don't appreciate unnecessary sales pitches, when all is needed is possibly repair. I realize companies make more money on new equipment. again, I do not appreciate new equipment being pushed to me when it is clearly not needed. He was going to call us back with an estimate on new equipment, but never did. We will not call your company again.

We share a well in our little rural community. There was a pipe that broke & water wash gushing in our road. I called 5 plumbing companies and Cowboy was the fastest to respond, and they were also committed to getting to my house the same day in the afternoon. They had a reasonable price and fixed the pipe in a short amount of time. I own multiple rental properties, and have had to deal with multiple plumbers. These boys are top shelf.

We are new to having a septic system. Suddenly none of our toilets would flush. I called 3 plumbing companies and nine could help us for 8-10 weeks or just not at all. One of Those companies told me to call cowboy. They were very responsive and friendly. They fixed my septic clog in just a few minutes. I'm now a loyal customer

If I could give a neg * review I would. We have a 1/2 bath in our main level. We had the tile flooring removed and to do that had to move the toilet and the sink. The toilet was professionally put back with a new wax ring. The sink was a basic reinstall hooking up the water and drain pipe. Ever since the sink we removed we have had a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. We called Cowboy plumbing to identify the cause. We removed the sink again and even cut away the drywall around the pipes to allow him to see what was there.
They responded the next day and when he arrived he spent 5 mins in the house and told us to keep the pee trap full of water! Obviously that wasn't the problem. But they charged us $125 for the "service call". I called them back and was told they could come again but if he finds another problem it could cost us again?
Call someone else. Don't use this service. I'm a very unhappy customer and they made no attempt to solve the problem they should have investigated the first time. I hate to give such bad reviews but this poor service deserves one so others aren't taken advantage of like I feel we were.

Fantastic service. Service agents are professional, knowledgeable, polite and very friendly.
They came more than once in an effort to fix our problem. We are extremely pleased with the cost was reasonable and employees are wonderful.

Highly recommend this company! The owner Jarod is very responsive and courteous. I had to replace ALL of my plumbing under my house after the '21 winter storm. I was terrified to have to handle finding someone at the lake to do that. After a few huge home projects with really bad contractor experiences here, I can say that this company is a breath of fresh air at the lake! They were on time, prepared, and very professional. All three workers that showed up were top notch professionals too. Cowboy Plumbing took what could have been a nightmare experience for me and restored my faith in our residential construction/repair community in Canyon Lake. As an aside, being a female homeowner, you can be talked down to a lot. This company does NOT do that. Thanks guys!
