Jared and Randolph were great. I called Jared and told him my kitchen sink was clogged and within 30 minutes Randolph was at my home and within 30 minutes my sink was unclogged! Great fast service, professional, courteous and very protective over Covid Procedures!!

As teenage girls do, they kept dumping globs of toilet paper while visiting! I called these folks and they agreed to come out early the next morning! The plumbing was totally backed up into bathtubs and showers! A friend suggested that it was probably a septic problem rather than a plumbing problem so I called a local septic service in Canyon Lake and they came out very early the next morning and couldn't find the septic system! He recommended that I get a plumber first to locate the septic system and clear the drains from possible clogging!

I had canceled Cowboy Plumbing by then! I asked the septic guy who he might recommend! He asked who I had called and I said Cowboy plumbing and he said that's who we would recommend!
So called Cowboy back! They came the next morning!
Randolf and his helper were very efficient and were upfront with the pricing and costs. They cleared the lines and used a computer camera to locate the septic system in short order.
I gave this review four stars instead of five because even though they gave me a discount off the "price" and another small discount for a military discount on part of the work, I thought $517.50 was still just a tad too much for less than an hours work!
Having said that, they did excellent work and got the job done.
My alternative was to pay the septic folks $75 an hour to poke around with a stick shovel until they found the septic system!

I called Jared this morning because I had a leak in the supply line of my water heater. He assured me that he could fix it and was there when he said he would be. He was kind and courteous and quick! My daughter tried to flush one of her Disney toys down the toilet so we had a problem. I called Cowboy and gave them our available times for a service call and they were out the next morning. They were on time, friendly, and gave me my options/pricing up front. They were able to clear the pipes and get us back to normal. Highly recommended.

I called Jared last night after I received a call from the water service reporting a broken pipe spewing water outside my house. I wasn't there to assess the damage, but Jared talked me through the issue and implications. He sent Randolph out the first thing the next day (after we ensured the water had been turned off the night prior), and he quickly replaced the broken ball valve, and ensured the pipe was clear and no longer frozen. It was definitely a crisis averted, but Randolph talked me through what to do in the future to prevent anything like that from happening again. I'll be calling them for a few updates to my system in the near future, and cannot recommend Cowboy Plumbing highly enough. Professional, kind, thorough, and courteous.
