John is very professional and the best plumber I have ever work with. I had water Leakage from a wall-mounted toilet. I called several plumbers. Most did not return my calls or they were not sure how to fix it. John was very busy but he called me and guided me through the steps that I should check. He then came on a Sunday night and spent two hours to fix it. He charged very reasonably. I will definitively contact him for any plumbing problem.

Great service. John was quick to get back to me and schedule an appointment to come check out a sewer smell that was happening in my condo. We decided to reset the toilet to see if that would fix it. I also wanted him to replace some old valves in my bathroom and kitchen. After the work, the smell has subsided and the new valves add peace of mind! He charged me a very fair price and was incredibly easy to work with. He even let me tag along as he did his work and informed me on what he was dong. I'll definitely be calling John for any future plumbing needs,

If your house has products from Kohler, he is the best person to contact. I contacted several others and they estimated from 300-600$ on the phone. I got his info through a Kohler store.John noticed the problem immediately when I explained about it on the phone. It was not what other people guessed. Finally, he was right. It wasnt a big problem. He fixed it right away. I think he is the best plumber. I know he could fix other brands as well. We only have products from Kohler so. I can tell about only the brand.
Fast, responsible and a very reliable person he is.

I found John Dennison at Covington Plumbing the way you always want to find a household technician, through a referral. My neighbor had John replace a water heater about a year ago, so when my 20 year old heater started to show its age, I was happy to have an easy referral.

Between first contacting John and actually having the tank installed, a couple of weeks went by. John was booked up and my situation wasn't chronic, so I was happy to wait. Still, he was very cognizant of his schedule and had it been an emergency, I'm sure he would have found a way to come over sooner.

Even during that time John was in touch, clearly laying out my options (different brands, different size tanks, different warranties) and when asked, providing his opinion based upon years of experience. My biggest decision was what size tank to install. The current tank was 65 gallons, but it turns out that's an unusual size, which means it cost a premium over say a 50 gallon tank. After weighing the pros and cons, doing some research online and speaking to John, I decided to go with the 50 and several weeks later, it seems to be an ok decision. We've yet to run out of hot water.

On the day of installation John showed up and meeting him for the first time in person, I liked him immediately. More importantly I could tell that he knew what he was doing. The total job took 2.5 hours of labor--about what I expected--and the all in total cost was $768, including the 50 gallon Bradford White electric heater, tax, earthquake brackets, etc.

I would definitely use John again when I have plumbing needs and I'm happy to recommend him for your own needs.
