I won't typically leave a review but I felt a few things needed to be said. Although Jack is a decent plumber, I would not hire him again. I first spoke with Jack in Aug but the job did not get approved and started until after Thanksgiving. I was told the job would take 5 days (I knew better)
As the homeowner, I put a lot of trust in Jack since I was not home during the week. I gave him a key to my home but unfortunately it was lost and I had to replace the door handles. He had me order some materials for a floor and wall but I ended up with about $200 in xtra material that sat out in my driveway and eventually was ruined by the he weather. Communication for me is a big part of hiring someone and being able to trust them. Jack's communication skills is lacking, to say the least. Other things happened over the course of this job but I'm not sure I could list the them all. But in the end, Jack said he would be there till the job was done but he flaked on me. I messaged him like he told me, to let him know when I got the entry door and he would come finish his part of the job. That was the first part of Feb (2024) I have not heard from him since and ended up putting the door in myself. I paid him in advance for the job. Overpaid in my opinion since he didn't finish his part, lost my house key, had me order too much materials, lacked in communication, among many other issues.
Homeowners beware. And be sure to get Jack to write up a bid, how long the job will take and get a receipt for any money you pay him!

Our plumbing started to back up. Called and Jack Jr came out with their camera system, found the problem and fixed it.
Both Jack and Jack Jr. are knowledgeable and professional.
