I have grown impatient with contractors who take your time when they come out to review a job and then fail to send you an estimate. So I have decided to start offering others my feedback. Thomas came out nearly 2 weeks ago. I have yet to see an estimate for a plumbing job that I really need taken care of, this after I followed up last week with a phone call to inquire about my estimate.

I honestly have no idea why we need to beg contractors to take our money, this industry is littered with terrible customer service and I've grown tired of it.

I am very pleased and grateful to Thomas for his help. I contacted him after having water problems in a basement bathroom, unsure of the cause, but suspecting a broken wax seal in the toilet. He came out on a Sunday, actually diagnosed the problem as a sewer main issue from the county, only charging me a diagnostic fee. He was prompt, professional, and courteous! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Thomas/Covenant Plumbing answered our Angie's list request immediately for the repair of a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in our bathroom ceiling. We accepted his invitation to provide a quote, and he said he could stop by on his way home. He arrived, provided a quote that we accepted and said he could repair the leak right now if we wanted. It turned out to be slightly more complex because the leak was so near to a T. Thomas was very professional, completed the job promptly and at a reasonable fee. We would highly recommend his services.

Tom was a very pleasant and considerate serviceman who took the time to explain the issue in layman's terms. He was very punctual and called to let us know he was on his way. It turned out to be a simple repair which took only a few minutes to complete, so we were only charged a very reasonable callout fee that was lower than I was expecting. I would definitely use them again!

professional and very nice guy. I wasn't home but my wife was very pleased. did the work at a fair price. quite a lot lower than an earlier price that we got. gave good advice and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't ask for. recommended. we will use him again.
