Abby S.When our water heater started leaking, they were able to get some technicians out right away to replace it. They were extremely professional and courteous, and they worked quickly. There was a manufacturing defect with the water heater they installed, and they replaced that one just as quickly when we started having problems. They were apologetic despite it not being their fault, and the owner even called to apologize. If we have any more plumbing needs, we will definitely go with them again!
