The repair was fine, but the lady who I talked to on the phone was exceptionally rude, and acted like I was incompetent over the phone. It's not like I want to deal with plumbing issues 8 in morning, so instead of talking to me like I'm an idiot, it would have been nice if she had shown me some consideration and tact.

Dishonest, Unreasonable and Predatory Business Practices Recently, I called them out to fix a bathtub faucet leak/drip on a common Moen single handle faucet, this repair was for my rental. The plumber arrived at the home and called me as requested with an estimate to fix the leak... $315.00. Surprised, I asked if that was the cost to replace a cartridge (a simple and common repair). The Plumber responded, """"No! there isn't a cartridge."""" He continued to explain that he could go to Lowe's pick up the parts and proceed with the repair with my approval. I told the plumber that I wouldn't be able to proceed and we may have to wait a week or two until I had the money. I made the time to visit the property and take a look at the leaking faucet for myself. The faucet absolutely had a cartridge that cost $15.00 at Lowe's and took me 30 minutes to replace with common tools I already had in my truck, leak resolved. Completely disappointed Consider the following: $25 per hr = $52,000.00 a year salary $50 per hr = $104,000.00 a year salary $100 per hr = $208,000.00 a year salary $200 per hr = $416,000.00 a year salary $300 per hr = $624,000.00 a year salary

Update, called to speak to the Owner was told he would not be back until next week I would have to wait. The lady on the phone treated me light I was a dumb person and didn't know what i was talking about. I have a video of our experience

We had a real nice kid Devone come out today because we had a clog and the washer was backing up, and even though it was $375 to unclog he was nice professional and did unclog the line. He went above and beyond to make sure it wasn't clogged anymore and told us how to make sure it doesn't get that way or preventive measures! Oh wait and forgot to say I called at 7:02am and they answered and said someone would be out and yup he called said """"Devone is finishing a job and will be right there"""" thanx

We have used Covenant Plumbing several times and have always been happy with their work. Not only are they competent, they are very pleasant to deal with. They come when scheduled, call when leaving shop, and do not leave a mess for us to clean up.

do not use this company - i pre-paid for their service they made an appointment with me - then called four hours prior and cancelled the appointment unless i pay them more money for a job they had already been paid for - then started berating other companies - very unprofessional - very rude - when told that they had already been paid - i was hung up on. - i plan to report to better business also - do not trust them

Great company very knowledgeable of what their doing. They explained everything throughly before they did anything great group of people if I have any other plumbing issues I will most definitely be reaching out to Covenant plumbing again. Thanks guys

I used this company and what I've found is that they arrive late but they charge you from the time of your appointment and linger around.....a tactic I've begin to notice of other companies. Honesty is the best policy. I initially contacted them bc I figured a good Christian based company would be ideal. Mr. Dennis initially came. He was a very nice man. I heard he sold the company....big mistake. These guys will try to nickel and dime you to death for a simple fix (took 30 minutes top). I requested Caleb or Wesley and he sent Jonathan. Just say no if he is sent there. Told me in the beginning the work would probably cost me $150. How the hell you know? You ain't begin job yet. He instantly found the problem after moving my boards and finding a nail in the pipe and tried to prolong time by assling around and didn't even want to credit my $55 assessment fee as Mr. Dennis had said. I told him to call him and he tried to go outside to make the call. I said no I need to hear the conversation as well. Mr. Dennis said loud and clear he did tell me it would be deducted...tried to make more money off a simple fix. Didn't even wrap my piping with insulation. Told me what to get after getting mad. Yet on my bill charged for supplie(s).....a single damn pipe! I told him to explain how he even came up with that figure. Said he knew he was late but not that late. Yes you were late and customers should be charged from arrival time and not appointment time. I would NEVER ever NEVER use this company again for anything nor would I recommend......I may be a woman but I am not a fool!!!!

A decidedly underwhelming experience. I contacted Covenant at 10:21 this morning. Gary told me he would dispatch someone out. I called back at 1:55 after hearing nothing from the company. Gary told me he would contact the person he was dispatching and have him contact me Now I sit here at 6:39 PM having heard absolutely nothing from Covenant Plumbing. I know this is the holiday weekend, but I was expecting to at least be notified that the plumber could not make it for some reason. Guess I will limp through the rest of the weekend and contact another company on Monday. All in all, I can't verify the quality of their work since the company ended up being a no - show
