Covenant responded the quickest and offered a great value on hydrojetting the drain line clear. In fact, another very highly-rated plumber with hundreds of almost perfect 5 out of 5 stars deferred and said I should jump on that deal!
We are the original owners and have never had a problem for 45 years. But over time no matter how careful, fats will cling and accumulate inside your pipes. A plumber using cabling will just punch a small hole in your clog, and it will just be a matter of time before your drain slows again. Hydrojetting scours out your pipe interior so everything inside the pipe walls is cleared out. So I decided to take advantage of their deal, and cannot be happier.
The gentlemen from Covenant were friendly, respectfully neat, punctual, and professional. The amount of stuff that came out the pipeline was a sight to see, and they cleaned it all up before leaving. I also appreciate that they were very understanding and patient about some technical issues that my bank was having in processing my electronic payment. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with a slow or clogged drain!

Needed a toilet install. Ramon called back within 10 minutes and was able to give me a rough estimate for an install but I did want to do it myself so I did give it a try. Of course the toilet was old and I had trouble with rusting bolts and a stop valve leakage. Big trouble. Had to get some buckets out and called Ramon back. He was able to come same day within 1 1/2 hrs and installed the toilet. :) I can't say enough about how pleasant of an experience it was. He came along with Junior and they did an awesome job. Price was very reasonable, worth every penny. Highly recommend. Thanks Ramon and Junior.
