Covenant Pipeline is not really a plumbing company so I would never call them for minor stuff like hair in the sink. They are a sewer construction contractor that also provides engineering and excavation services. I have hired them mostly to do pipe relining and they have charged reasonable rates for this at about $85 a foot in the past. But $85/a foot for 100 feet is still $8,500 which seems like alot until other quotes come in higher.

They are always available for hydro jetting some of our jobs- Anytime Plumbing and Pipe, Long Beach
They are reasonably priced and they get the job done

Do not bother with Covenant Pipeline. I had an awful, smelly and horrible toilet leak that needed fast attention. This company sent a technician who gave me a $200 estimate to fix it. Since this was within my budget I told him to move forward and get started fixing it. Within minutes he screwed something up and instead letting me know about it he shamelessly told me that the toilet had another problem he had not seen when he give me the initial quote. His second estimate was $800 and since I had no other choice I accepted it. So pretty much they overcharged me $600 just to fix their own blunder. Never using this company again, $800 for 30 minutes of work is way too much.

So disappointed ! For many years they were my go to plumbers. I hired them for all our plumbing needs and for my parents as well. Then this year I called when I heard a water leak under the house but never got a call back. I procrastinated the leak for a few more months then called again. Still no call back. I looked on yelp and found a great new plumber called
Purdy Plumbing. Good bye Covenant Pipeline!

Six months back in May they came in to jet my main line and charged me $250.00. This line should be clear for at least a year after jetting it. I called them for a return visit when the issue appeared again and then they said they were going to charge me $400.00 and no discount for the crappy job that they did before. They said if I had put a main clean out my warranty would have been good but because I didn't they would not make good on the warranty. So instead of saying oh man, we are sorry we didn't to a good job, we'll give you deal on this job but instead they went the other way and doubled the amount from six month ago. Not good business.

One of the workers cussed me out and it got the point where he started approaching me, his body language showed me that he wanted to hit me, not sure if he would have if I hadn't been in a car. When I called to speak to the manager, the man who I spoke with didn't believe me, he was very sarcastic and kept saying ""I'm not going to please you, I have another call now can I hang up? Can I hang up?"" He continuously cut me off and didn't let me speak. I only wanted to inform him of what happened because I thought he was in charge, very unprofessional.

If I could give a zero, I would! Horrible company that does not know what they are doing nor responsible enough to fix what they did wrong. Ramon is rude and irrational. Stay away from this company if you don't want to pay DOUBLE to have another plumber fix their work.
