Leanna An Mike E.The good is they arrived in a few hours, the bad is they basically charged us $160 for a 10 minute job to fix one wire and acted like they were doing us a favor only charging that much, didn't even take the time to assess the furnace, guy told me he wiped off the ignitor with his finger, we were having weird banging noises and found out later by someone else there was a problem with the motherboard and those banging noises were small explosions due to gas build up and a dirty ignitor that they never took the time to figure out, they stated they would have to charge us $480 (3 hours labor) just to assess the furnace, I pray their practices never cause harm or death to anyone else.
Poor customer service and confidentiality was broken. Would nor recommend. Did not fix issue and charged to fix it again the second go as well.
Melissa E.Not responsible nor accountable company! Took them SIX 1/2 WEEKS to install a shower for my bathroom. Originally quoted us two days. Talked to front desk to find out when job would be done and when guys would be here to complete job almost daily, job kept on being dragged out. Kept on getting bullshit excuses as to them having to order the right sealant ( it took almost week for that to come in), then two more weeks for the shower stall said it was ""special order"". Then the damn lolly gagging around as to just getting the shit done. Tried to charge us more for that. When it was their fault for not doing the right measurements. I am telling you it has been a f@#$ing nightmare with this company. Never again! They didn't even finish the job and still expect us to pay 5400 for an unfinished job.
I called on Monday morning because of a couple of leaks in my rental home. They said they couldn't come out until Wednesday afternoon. I was fine with it, but then I got a call from them Wednesday morning saying they would need to reschedule me until the following Monday. Basically a bigger job promising more money came up and they blew us off. In the meantime I got a text from my tenant saying the leak has now turned into a spray...and now I am having to pay an emergency service visit fee (from a DIFFERENT company) all because of their crappy business practices. Do not recommend this company!!
Gena C.Great people to work with! They were always very prompt and courteous in working with my very old furnace. Had to upgrade to a new unit and they were done in record time. Definitely recommend!
Carol F.Only gave a 1 STAR because I had to rate them. We purchased a Coleman heat pump and air handler in August of 2009. Had to have them come out in March 2011 to replace a heat kit ?? New unit right? Again in May 2011 condenser leak and added more coolant.?? 06/20/2012 checked for noise and they called manufacture to check for recalls. They again added more coolant. We then called again 2013 and they replaced outside coil in heat pump said our warranty was up and it was going to cost $600.00. We argued about that since they should never have had to come out as many times to begin with since it was a new unit! right??? They did come and fix it after we had a few words about it. Now 2 years after the warranty has expired, we just had another company come out and it cost us $400.00 for coolant and also learned that the leak was not outside it was inside on the evaporator coil on the air handler. Covenant didn't even check the inside all those times. I'm so disappointed with this company. So now after paying out over $10,000 in cancer treatments for my husband last year I have to buy a whole new air handler before winter because the coil I need is discontinued. So thanks Covenant $4,000 later!!! I will not recommend you to anyone. I will be sure to pass this along to all my family, friends, and all social media sites!!
I called around trying to get someone to come out and cap off my gas dryer as I was buying a new electric dryer. Called a few local businesses and they disclosed right off the bat that it would be $89 just to show up. Saw Covenant's commercial and thought since they had a ""cross"" for their logo they could be trust worthy. They never disclosed any ""fee for just showing up"" and I made an appointment. They came out, shut the gas off, unhooked the gas line from the dryer, put some plumbers putty and capped off the gas line. They were there no longer than 15 minutes. $130....... I just about fell on the floor. He said we charge $85 just to show up. I said, no one from your office told me that on the phone. He said, if they did, you wouldn't have had us come out. I said that's for sure, I will not recommend them for anything. I thought they were pretty dishonest and way, way over priced.
AL V.It's great to see a locally owned business demonstrate true customer service and honest integrity! I am a satisfied customer!
