This Company is terrible they over charge people to much very very money hungry Company they really take Take advantage of elderly people over charger them really bad.
He came out to my house for a hole in the pipe. Never removed the flex tape from the pipe. Declared the problem to be a clog and left stating it was fixed. The Warrenty company sent him back out because there is still a hole in the pipe! He submits photos to the Warrenty company showing no leak( with the tape on still) I remove the tape to show him the hole he refuses to look and tells the Warrenty company its completed. The Warrenty company is still looking for a competent plumber to come out and actually repair the pipe.
Kevin A.Arrived on time and did great, professional, and quick work. Also sent to us through a home warranty. No need to have reservations, he did great!
Donovan N.Before the plumber arrived, I was very leary of this company because it only had one review on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau and that review was very negative. In addition, the company has only been around since 2020 and has no online presence. It seemed sketchy. However, I had no choice in the matter because Courtesy Flush Plumbing was assigned to me by my warranty company to fix my clogged toilet. In the past, I had a HORRIBLE experience with another plumber that was assigned to me by First American Home Warranty, named Mancini Plumbing and Drain, which now has an F rating on BBB and I have vowed to never let in my house again. So I was wondering if I was going to have another bad plumber experience.
Luckily, my unsettling feeling quickly turned to ease as plumber Steve was very nice, on time, and fixed my issue quickly. He spent time taking me through the issue and even gave me an idea for how I could fix the problem on my own for cheaper in the future. I was very surprised that he offered up that information because that knowledge essentially takes away business from his company in the future if I have the same issue. However, that type of honesty and desire to unselfishly help me as a customer is hard to come by with plumbers. So the next time I need a plumber, you better believe that I will be contacting Courtesy Flush Plumbing to help.
Steve is a one-man team, small business that I highly recommend. It's important to note that if you get Courtesy Flush Plumbing assigned to you through a warranty company, there is only so much that Courtesy Flush can do for the service fee as it all depends on what is covered by your warranty policy. Go into it knowing there may be additional costs if the repair is not covered by your warranty policy.
We have a home warranty needed a leaky pipe fixed. We live on a slab however, he only fixed half the job, refused to try to diagnose the rest of the issue. Left a mess on the floor and took off not fully fixing the issue. He stated what the problem was before he even began. Seemed very uninterested in fixing snd resolving the issue unless he was being paid more by the home warranty place. I would not ever recommend this company, and their shotty service!
