I had what I thought could be a major plumbing problem so I tried to find a local plumber. I called one I found on a neighborhood bulletin board and we made arrangements to meet me at my house later that day. She never showed up or called, even after I called her again. I called Cousins Plumbing on Monday morning and Mr Cousins met me at my house 45 minutes later. He looked at the problem, and we made an appointment for Tuesday morning to fix it. When he came this morning he mentioned he had a much easier way to fix my problem that didn't involve a lot of work. He tried that method and it worked! Since I had him there, I had him snake out a couple of drains that had flumoxed me, and installed a new laundry faucet in the basement. The price he charged me was very fair, especially considering his years of experience and expertise! I hope I do not need to call a plumber again anytime soon (or even before I die), but if I do, Cousins Plumbing will be my first call!

A plumber showed up an hour after calling (he was dispatched free of charge, no fee for a quote), charged a very reasonable price to snake our clogged drain, and was in and out. Extremely professional, reasonable and got the job done!

I called around 9 am on a Monday morning about a few plumbing issues. Someone was able to meet me at 10:30 am. They were very professional. They were able to fix my issue right on site and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again if I had another plumbing issue.
