Courtesy plumbing did our whole house repipe in June. Turned into a nightmare experience with the owner, Phillip. His crew was friendly and I have no problem with them, even though I had to call them back to complete some sheetrock repair and a washer connection. Then I had to call Courtesy again and ask them about the gurgling, sputtering, whenever I turn on the water sprinklers. I was told that was just air in the line and would work out. Still gurgling and sputtering to this day!. It's annoying, and it did not do this prior to the repipe. I also had to call them again when I had a pressure test done after foundation work. The pressure test was off, so I called Courtesy to see if it could be a problem with the repipe. Got a rude response from Phillip Seals, the owner, just left me in a lurch with the pressure test. Assured me that they did a pressure test and it was not anything they did. Ok, but at least he could have been more understanding of my concern and inquiry about the connection of the two. At one point, he told me that he hoped he never heard from me ever again. I was going to accommodate that request, until we started some remodeling of the bathroom. Had the fir down removed, to open up the space. That's when we found out the pipes were not ran down the wall, but in the void. I emailed Courtesy, with apologies for having to "talk" to them again, and he did call. Said he would come out and run the 4 lines at $50 each, and would wave the service call fee if they were in the area. Isn't that generous? Told him that I found out from other plumbers, that the pipes should always run down the wall. Relayed that information and he got defensive, telling me that he asked about fir downs when he gave me the estimate. He did not. He only asked if it was a one or two story home. He then asked if I had a recording of that conversation. "no, do you", was my reply. I would definitely remember a fir down inquiry. I would have questioned how that is related to having the house repiped. So now, I have to absorb the cost of rebuilding the fir down, after the cost of removing it. I suggest you find another plumbing company for repiping. I wish I had.

Has been taking care of our plumbing needs for 10 years+ and always done exclent work. Dependable and honest.

I had Courtesy Plumbing come to my 40 year old 2 story townhome to re-pipe my home. They did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish. The crew of Mathew, Scott, and Cole was very communicative with me of their arrival, explaining what needed to be done, and cleaning up after themselves. As a female safety is always a concern and I did not have to worry about anything. The crew was polite, very professional, and at the end was a "last walk through" to make sure everything was working to my standard. I have received 3 quotes to re-pipe my home and they are by far the most fairly priced. It is always a concern/gamble to find an honest plumbing company and you don't need to look further, they are IT. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We called these guys the day after Christmas when we had no hot water due to a bad installation by Tilson homes. Matt returned my call and was at our house within hours.
He decided how to install a instant hot water system that would run through a maize of bad design piping created by Tilson homes.
The next day he and his team showed up on time and covered the floors and began work.
My sister's 5 year old home finally has hot water that comes through quickly. Please understand that when the hot water doesn't come through timely it messes up the timers on the dishwasher and laundry machine. Matt did a fantastic job!!
We will certainly call him in the future.

Thought my 5 star review was showing up with no stars. Tried to fix it but it appears to be fixed on my end. Still.....loved working with these guys so don't mind reviewing twice!! Great Company!

I had Courtesy out to my home to re-pipe with Uponor PEX. Matt and his team showed up right on time and were ready to get to work. In addition to the work originally contracted, I also wanted them to re-pipe my softener/filters. They worked hard all day long to finish my job in one day, even with the additional work requested. They did a top notch job and I am really happy with the completed work.
