Bought a new home...with old plumbing (think clay and cast iron) that clog easily. I have had to call Courtesy Plumbing several times. THE ENTIRE CREW is committed to excellence in customer satisfaction, customer education, effective problem solving and just getting the job done to the best of their ability. I have crappy pipes...so I will be seeing them often. I wish I could pick a favorite...but Ronnie, Mike, Nick and Anthony are all EXCELLENT plumbers. The are warm, personable, professional, communicative and funny!!! They make getting unpleasant and costly work done easier to stomach. They are my GO TO, and should be your too!!!

This is by far the most honest, friendly, reliable service company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they show up promptly, they went over & beyond to fix my plumbing issues. There are a lot of scam artists out there so instead of calling a ""handyman "", call a reliable company like Courtesy. I am glad I did.

Nick was unbelievable! He was called to help a neighbor across the street from us. That's when we realized that we also had a plumbing issue. Walked across the street to ask for help. Nick was very helpful. Came across the street when he was done with our neighbor. Couldn't of been more helpful. Knocked out the issue and was on his way. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Nick!

Updating my previous review. The gentlemen who came to our house was strongly affirming we did not have a plumbing issue. Turns out after doing some additional investigation, as curious homeowners, not certified plumbers, we DO in fact have plumbing issues.

So after spending a few hundred dollars fixing our roof, since we trusted this plumbers assessment that it was NOT a plumbing issue, we were still experiencing a leak. It turns out that the vents for the sink and toilet are not properly connected, or fitted. This is NOT the work of courtesy plumbing mind you, but they failed to identify this issue, given 2 opportunities. I would also have to give some benefit of the doubt to the gentleman who came out, as this construction should have never passed inspection, and I'm sure is fairly uncommon.

Courtesy sent out a plumber who explained what he thought was the problem & let me know upfront how much the price of rooting out my sewer line would be. Most certainly courteous and professional. I look forward to using them in the future and I highly recommend them.

I spend days searching for a good honest plumber for our sewer problem. I decided on Courtesy Plumbing and glad I did. I gave them a call and someone answered the phone which a step in the right direction. She said someone will be out tomorrow.
Mike arrived and looked over our problem and informed us to start with our city as the ground on the parkway was starting to cave in over the water main.
I will be calling them back if needed and I highly recommend them!

Had a great first experience with Courtesy Plumbing! Dishwasher wasn't working so called a technician to repair it. He had to leave it overnight to get a part. My wife went to wash dishes at the sink and water began pouring out of the cabinet underneath. Called Courtesy the next day. They gave me a two hour window to have someone out. Within 30 mins they called and asked if it was ok to have someone to arrive within 30 minutes! ?! Plumber arrived exactly on time and within minutes diagnosed the problem. Told us how to explain the problem to the dishwasher tech. Said he could make the repairs but it would be a $400-$500 job and not really necessary. Assured us it would be fine once the dishwasher repairs were done. Said he'd come right back if needed. He left and didn't charge us a thing!! Once the Dishwasher tech was finished everything worked great. No more leaks. We So appreciated the honesty of the Plummer and quick service!!! Will definitely call them again next time have a plumbing problem.

We're in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and our contractor was moving water lines while we were away on vacation. When we came back (and our contractor went out of town), we came home to problems with our hot water pressure not working. After texting the contractor and trying to figure out what valves and knobs to turn, we were still having problems. One too many cold showers later, I called Courtesy Plumbing to check things out. The receptionist who took my call after business hours on a Friday night was super kind and got me scheduled the next day. Anthony arrived on a Saturday before the estimated window time and was awesome! He was super kind, loved my dog who's terrified of strangers, and was great at explaining the problem of a broken water heater valve stem. Before he started doing any repairs, he went over estimated costs (which were fair compared to a quick Google search average) and what would cost the job to change if he had to use different parts. He never tried to upsell me on parts or services I didn't need. I appreciated him protecting my new floors and cleaning up after himself before he left. He went as far as to give me questions to my contractor too regarding some of the plumbing done on our remodel since the walls were still opened up. Overall, Anthony was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Courtesy Plumbing is our new go-to plumber!
