Service tech came today to do our air conditioner service. We had purchased a service plan when we purchased our new swamp coolers last year. Very pleased with the young man who performed the sevice, polite, professional and efficient. Upon completion he charged me $130.00 for parts, not part of the plan, which consisted of 30 (yes 30 not 300) feet of polyethylene tubing. This is the same tubing that you can purchase at Lowes, 100ft for $7.98. This is plain and simple highway robbery.

Scam artists? You be the judge. I was told my Carbon Monoxide level was over 40, and I needed a new furnace. When I said no, the technicians disconnected my furnace by unscrewing the gas, AND CUTTING the wires. That left me without heat, AND they destroyed my property. I had to hire another company to rewire the furnace and recheck the carbon levels, which showed 2. In my opinion, they are unethical, unprofessional, and the worst, incompetent company in Albuquerque. Please think twice about calling these crooks.

I love Signature Heating - they do the right thing, are friendly and patient. I am a tough A type personality and critic so for me to say they are great and competent - well, it's saying something. I trust them and while a mistake or two has been made in the last 2 years, they are quick to rectify. Trust is everything in my opinion. The employees are always getting training (which makes me feel more secure as a homeowner), they give wonderful free advice and to me, this is everything i want in a professional relationship especially as it relates to plumbing and HVAC.

I had an appointment for an estimate at 8:00. am. At 9:00 am I called to see when the electrician would be arriving. I was told that he was delayed and would not be able to get to me until afternoon. I told the receptionist that a phone call would have been appreciated.
We rearrange our lives to accommodate these situations. Why can't they be professional?
I will use someone else.
Angry and disappointed!

Found Signature Plumbing H/C through HomeAdvisor, they responded immediately to my inquiry and scheduled per my convenience. Mark and David performed annual Navien tankless water heater service taking only 30 minutes due to improved pump over conventional type. Very friendly, knowledgeable and speedy service. David even took a look at a shower issue and explained how and why it was working as designed. Big help! Their price was less than another plumbing company I had been using prevBased on this experience, I will use them in the future and recommend them as professional and proficient service.
Update: August 5, 2019, had technician out again for tankless water heater annual service, couldn't be happier with promptness, service and follow up for questions. Great outfit!!

I just finished wiping down a room, from no bag being on the shop vac used to clean up from cutting a hole in the wall, to repair some valves. This guy came out yesterday, but oh he couldn't fix it then, it was almost 5:00. So he knew what he had to do and gave me an estimate, and returned today. Now there is a hole in the wall, he wanted me to get a 2 x 4 or some piece of wood so her could repair the wall, and I don't have that. So now I have a hole in the wall and have just cleaned up a dusty mess from this guys shop vac. This guy left without giving any receipt. I will not use this business again.

I've never dealt with company that is so unprofessional that I feel the need to write a review like this.
Was originally given a quote on having the drain line for my entire house re-piped which required excavation of the crawlspace. I thought cool they seem like they cared and would get this done with no problem. The day they were to start the work the guy calls and says he can't come. Ok so we reschedule for the following day and that's where things started going down hill. They went out of their way to not do the work and kept coming up with excuses. The sad part is that if they would have just done what was asked the project would have been done within a few days. It's now almost a month later and I'm still having problems with plumbing and they insist everything was completed. They also managed to hit our waterline and had to delay work because of that. Also after the supposed work was done they left my yard in a mess. We are still finding pieces of pipe all over.My wife has talked to their general manager Jeremiah Jackson and he has stopped responding to us and every time we call he is always in a meeting. We found out that our last invoice has a forged signature in the customer line indicating we accepted work. I know why they call it Signature now. I think Forged Signature is probably a more appropriate company name. Do not go with this company. Deceitful, lazy, incompetent and the worst customer service I have ever seen.

WARNING: INVESTIGATION BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CURRENTLY PENDING. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH SIGNATURE!

We solicited a bid to have the drain line for our entire house re-piped which required some excavation of the crawlspace. William Legatzke was the Signature employee who responded to our request for bid, and provided a written estimate for the project. After selection of Signature to complete the scope of work Mr. Legatzke and his supervisor, Shane Fletcher, went above and beyond to get out of completing the work hired to complete. After further discussion with Mark Apodaca, a manager, and Jeremiah Jackson, the general manager, we came to an agreement that Signature would complete the scope of work we hired them to do at the price they estimated. Once completion of the work was reported we paid Signature in full. However, we have since found that they only re-piped a portion of the house and neglected to tell us. Upon this discovery we have tried to find a solution, but Mr. Jackson is now insisting that Signature completed the work since they re-piped a ""portion"" of the house and the estimate does not state ""whole house"" even though from the start we have requested that the entire house drain line be re-piped and the estimate does not indicate a portion. Additionally, the last invoice which we received a day after paying for the service has a forged signature in the customer signature line indicating acceptance of the work.

Mr. Jackson verbally told us that to finish re-piping the remainder of the work would cost upwards of $15,000. However, we have now gotten the rest of the work completed by one of their competitors for $1,400 without complaint.

Do not trust: William Legatzke, Mark Apodoca, Jeremiah Jackson, or Shane Fletcher.

One of their work vans was pulling out of a shell station on Rio grande this morning and as I was crossing the street, instead of letting me finish passing, he just decided to pull out quickly in front of me almost hitting me. Y'all need to get your drivers under control.

About 4 weeks ago I started the process of tapping into a brand new NG line on my street,
I called three plumbers:
Signature was one that was recommended to me by someone.
I set up an appointment with them, the date of the appointment arrives and the company ( Signature ) is late. I call them and a nice fellow comes out to my home and tells me ""I'm not the one who should be looking at this but I will forward the information to the guy who does this"" He takes many pictures.

A week goes by......no quote,,,,nothing. I call Signature on the 8th day. A very nice young lady answers and apologizes for the delay, She tells me I will have the quote that afternoon. She then calls back, apologizes again and says that they guy who does that stuff will have to get ahold of me. Probably tomorrow.

Tomorrow comes and goes.....Nothing.

Another week goes by and I call and ask if they have my quote ready. No, they say, I'll put you through to Mark. I leave Mark a message. Mark calls back, he tells me to send pictures, I send them. He will get the quote to me by Friday he says. Friday comes... no quote.... Nothing.

I call again on the following Monday,,,, I'm told "" I'll have it to you this afternoon"" but at 1445hrs,,,,the phone rings , "" Hi this is Mark, unfortunately the WH company has not called me back with the conversion kit so I won't have the quote to you this afternoon.

"" I already have it."" I say. ( Been three weeks, they mailed it) Mark says: ""Oh, well I will need to come out there and take some measurements."" Okay, how about this Friday I say.

Mark does show up, a bit late, he was at a gas leak he says, but okay. He takes more pictures and PROMISES to have the quote to me on Tuesday.....okay I say. So here we are: today is Wednesday. OBVIOUSLY they do not want may business. Because I STILL don't have a quote. BTW, I gave them my email 4 times, and sent them pictures. So no excuses. This company is beyond ridiculous.

They should go into photography though. As of today 2-22-19 it has been 30 days, 4 broken promises, why did they waste my and their time to come out and walk around and take pictures, and do NOTHING?
