Can't begin to explain how amazing these guys are!!!
Toilet backed up on a Halloween night. I called and courtesy plumbing was able to get someone out within 2 hours. Immediately they began to work and it was determined that a pipe had broken in the bathroom. The following morning the crew arrived. Josh and Augustine were able to break ground, dig 5 feet down/10 feet out and replace all the plumbing in the bathroom ( toilet, sink & shower) Jeff, the owner of the company even showed up to further explain the situation and go over what was being done. I was constantly kept informed throughout the whole process.
Out of curiosity I called a few other plumbers to get a quote. I explained the work that was being done and asked what they might charge. I was given a quote almost twice the amount that courtesy plumbing was charging. I was shocked!
Jeff, Josh and Augustine saw that we were truly in need of a helping hand and they did everything they could to help. They even went above and beyond by fixing/replacing things that were not in the original bill and didn't charge a penny more!

It's very rare to find plumbers you trust but I can honestly say I trust these guys.

Awesome! Just moved into the Covina area and had an issue with our kitchen sink backing up into our guest bath tub. After a lot of attempts at fixing it ourselves and almost getting the snake stuck in the pipes we yelped plumbers and found Courtesy Plumbers. It was a Saturday and they were there within the three hour window they gave us and worked their magic. Had it all cleaned out within 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced-$110. We will definitely be using them again if we have plumbing problems--hopefully we don't anytime soon :)

We just got our water heater flushed today. Jason was very helpful. He gave us full explanation about what is wrong with our water heater. He didn't just maintain our water heater but also help us removing a stuck helicopter toy outside of our house. :)

Bathroom tub stopped and I spent a couple hours with a 25ft hand rodder with no success. Actually got the thing stuck in the drain and couldn't get it out. Called courtesy the next morning and Josh and Augie came out in just a couple of hours. They used the big rodder through the roof vent to clear the main line and also cut out most all of the caught wire that was stuck in there. Only a bit remained in the pipes right at the tub drain but everything drained great once they were done. Whole job took about an hour and price was very reasonable. Josh also gave a rough estimate on some other work I asked about and tips on how to keep the main line clear.

This was the best experience I have had with a plumber. My daughter found Courtesy Plumbers on yelp and told me to call them. I was treated kindly by the man on the phone. I got Jason as my plumber and he was terrific and friendly I was so lucky to have him. He found my water heater was under warranty when he called Sears and set up an appointment for them to come out and fix the pilot. He did not charge me for the appointment.

I used Courtesy Plumbing several times. Every time is a good experience. Their charge is fair and you can always call back if there is a problem. Technician Jason comes in today and fixed our problem very fast. He even did the work for free since the problem is a small problem. The water softner company charges me $297 for the same job. I will definitely use Courtesy Plumbing again in the future. They are a very good company.

This is a neutral review. I got a quote but did not use their service. Just giving Yelpers a heads up.

I requested for a quote to install a water softener system at my home. Called, made an appointment, and technician showed up (on the later side of appointment time). So far so good. Explained to the technician what i wanted to do. We talked and discussed some options and details then said something that raised a red flag for me. He said ""I'm not sure how to install it but ""WE'LL LEARN TOGETHER"""" WTH!!! Also quote was 25% higher then what I paid another plumber.

OK... once again this place proves to be the best plumbers I've ever dealt with. Had a leak from an ancient, non valved, pipe in the back yard. Anyway, they were out within the hour. The plumber figured out a fix that didn't involve huge amount of work. Took time to explain the problems and issues every step of the way.

Would highly recommend to them to anyone else.

A gas cooktop on a granite counter was replaced (about 3 hr job). The guys were experienced, polite, clean, and responsive. They treated the granite counter carefully not to scratch. There was a small issue; I talked to the owner to resolve; and he took care of the issue nicely. I would call them again on my next project.
