We have lived in our house for 13 monthes. When we first moved in we had some pipe issues. It is expected because our house was built in the 50's. I looked on yelp and courtesy had a high rating. I called and at first they were amazing. However, my plumbing is now shot. I have called them twice in the last week DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS and I was told that I needed to call back the next day - with the likelihood of not having someone here until next week. Once I expressed concern about how this is not customer service oriented. The guy hung up...mid sentence.

These people are nice in the beginning and then turn into jerks. Beware!!!

My garbage disposal was plugged and nasty water from the drain started spraying all over the kitchen. I needed someone to come quickly. They were there within 45 minutes and fixed the problem. Very professional. I will definitely call Courtesy Plumbers with any other plumbing problems!

My technician, Tom, was great. He worked hard to trouble shoot my gas leak and offered an excellent solution that wasn't too pricey. We discussed other options and though he advised against what a wanted to try, in the end he did what I desired. He was right of course and it didn't work out, but still he was genuinely disappointed and offered other solutions.

In the end, my problem was bigger than I wanted to tackle so we went with a good solution that at least got the gas turned back on in the house and my family was able to have hot water again. I of course wish I paid less, but for the effort Tom put in and the resolution given the circumstances, it was worth it. Tom is a good guy and appears to work for a good company.

Rick of Courtesy Plumbers did a fantastic job and I will definitely send additional work your way. Rick is by far the best plumber I have worked with and was able so skillfully troubleshot and solve several kitchen sink problems. I couldn't be more pleased with his work!

I have limited experience in needing emergency plumbing... nevertheless, I was really satisfied with how prompt and professional Courtesy Plumbers were.

When I stupidly washed a bowl of quinoa down the garbage disposal, and the sink promptly backed up with water on both sides, I panicked. Neither Drano nor plunging did the trick, and I had a dinner party the next day. After finding Courtesy Plumbers on Yelp, I called them right at 8:00am: the receptionist said she could dispatch someone immediately and they'd be there before 10:00am and it would cost $110 to unclog a sink.

For a split second, I thought perhaps I should call around to compare prices... but the prospect of immediate service outweighed all other factors and I agreed. She was very nice about my hesitation and assured me the plumber would be there shortly. Sure enough, Jon arrived around 9:15am (and was out the door by 10:00am, so I didn't have to miss too much of the work day!) and very thoroughly checked the pipes under the house, the sink, and finally vacuumed water out of the sink and took apart the garbage disposal to unclog the food items.

Paid $99 (10% discount for being first-timer/Yelp user) for them to unclog the sink.

Courtesy Plumbers came as promised between the set time they promised, then quickly got started to fix the problem. Was very courteous and the plumber was knowledgeable. He recommended a hydrojet (?) to flush out the buildup in the near future, but it was not a hard sales. They are 24/7 as well, so if you have problems on the weekends, they said they won't charge extra for those days except on special holidays. Great company! I enjoy supporting local businesses

STELLAR is the word I'd use to describe this company. Guys were friendly, prices were affordable, and they were fast. Two thumbs up!

I went with them because I found them on Yelp.

They are fast, nice and courteous! I used them for 2 jobs.

But, they were more expensive than other folks. For the jobs they did, I got numerous quotes. They were more pricey than the other guys. The work they did was very good, but I know that others quoted me less than what Courtesy charged me for the same work. Premium prices, but premium work. They do care about the long term craftsmanship of their work, but the bill stings.

Summary: use them because they are professional, good & very thorough, but expect to pay more because of that. (Do you really want to go with the lowest bidder on plumbing?)

I've used Courtesy Plumbers on numerous occasions and I've always been very satisfied. I've had all the faucets and shower heads replaced in my condo. I have even had my garbage disposal unclogged. I have never had any problems after the job was completed. Rick is a genius, he is all business. He starts and he finishes and the price thats quoted is the price that is charged! Courtesy Plumbing is a company you can count on!

Called up about 8:50pm and they were at my house by 9:15! Had a blocked tub and took Cory less then 5 mins to clear it out! I let him know prior to him going in that I had put some chemicals to try and clean it myself. I was honest and gave me a break on the price. He let me know there had been cases where he would get burned because they didnt tell him. Protect your plumber and they will appreciate the honesty! Great work guys!
