I contacted this business after searching Yelp and seeing the amazing number of reviews. From start (calling to schedule) to finish (job well done), they lived up to the fine reviews. The receptionist was friendly and courteous, and was very patient with my questions about pricing (and gave me a 10% discount as a new customer). The plumber (Billy) showed up--not on time--but rather a bit EARLY. :o) He then simply waited patiently for me to arrive...no pressure for me to start early. He was also professional, courteous, and polite (although he did smell strongly of cigarettes, not from smoking on my premises but likely from being a frequent smoker...I hope he can stop soon! He deserves a long healthy life!). Billy did a great job, answered all my questions, and was very upbeat and respectfully polite. I would certainly hire this company and this particular plumber again.

I had a leak in my ceiling, and called Courtesy based on the reviews. They said it would cost $110 to come out and diagnose the problem, after which they would give me a quote for the repair. If I agreed to the repair, they would apply the $110 to the repair cost. They came out 2 hours after I called. After manually cutting out 2 holes in my ceiling, the guy found the source of the leak: a small hole in the water line. He quoted $450 for the repair. When I said it was too high, he gave a final quote of $365. I felt committed with the $110, and I thought it might be hard to find another plumber soon. I had no water at all in the meantime as I had to keep the main water supply line closed, so I felt cornered. I reluctantly agreed to the repair. The guy manually sawed the pipe open at the hole, put in a 2 inch coupling pipe, and sealed it with soldering. From the time he walked in the door to when he finished the job was 35 minutes with a charge of $365. Even a doctor doesn't charge that much for labor only. I can't say for sure that this is not the prevailing rate for this type of job and the time it took to complete it, and if people persuade me it is, I'm willing to amend the rating. Until then, I feel like I was ripped off big time.

Rick came out within 20 minutes of my call (slower day he said) but he was very efficient, did the job well, and reasonably priced. He had truck full of parts ready to fix two leaks under the kitchen sink. I would recommend him and his company for future repairs. They don't charge extra for after business hours and Sat. Smaller company but has least 8 plumers on the job.

Great experience with Courtesy Plumbers. We've been in our house for just about 3 years and it was our first plumber call. Had an issue with our garbage disposal and leaks from the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. Billy was our technician and he was great. Arrived same day and took care of everything. Also provided helpful tips to try and ensure these issues don't pop up again. Courtesy is definitely our new go-to plumber.

I just had one of their plumbers come to my house yesterday (Cory Taylor - the son of the owner). He was very personable, answered all my questions, and told me any information I needed to know (we had a Toto Drake II toilet installed). He was a good representation of the experiences I have had with this company (we had previously had Rick come to do some plumbing work for us - he was also great). Overall, we were very happy. Also, the office was wonderful. The employees at Courtesy Plumbing seem to go above and beyond what is required to make sure the job is done right and that you are happy with their service.

i called courtesy after having a neighborhood plumber snake out a clean out line behind the house. expecting them the next day due to our distance from covina and time of the day, i was surprised to see them arrive early and complete the task within minutes. the icing was when they hosed off the back patio and submitted me with a bill less than i was quoted because of the easy access. i will be calling them again...bb

I had a blockage in my bathtub/toilet and a leakage in my garage. I called Courtesy Plumbers to make an appointment and they were going to send someone within the next 1-2 hours. I was surprised and grateful for the fast service. Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a blockage in my main line and the last guy who snaked the lines said I needed a clean out line. I had no idea I didn't have a clean out line. Josh found my clean out line in the backyard and was able to snake the main line all the way out in the street sewer line and unclogged the whole line.

The garage leakage ended up being a broken pipe that was leaking into the drywall throughout the whole garage. Josh called a restoration company to come look at the damage that night and to give me an estimate of the repairs needed. Josh came back the next day to fix the broken pipe. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.

I will definitely use Courtesy Plumbers again. Josh is an asset to this company and I will ask for him to come to do any other repairs.

Prompt, excellent service from a courtesy plumber! Our home was built about 1910 and as most know anytime something goes wrong in an old house and needs fixing a number of other things go wrong. The problem was diagnosed, efficiently fixed and the bill was $110.00! We were prepared for an invoice of about $2000.00! Thank you Tom. You all can trust Courtesy Plumbing""!

I called Courtesy Plumbers ~ 8 am in the morning and less than 5 hours later, the gas water heater was professionally removed/installed...

Rick, the technician was very courteous, provided an accurate estimate, described in detail what tasks to be performed, professionally removed/installed the gas heater and took great lengths to ensure the house was left cleaner than when he arrived!!!

I will definitely ask for Rick the next time I need Plumbing service!!!

Christmas Eve and I found out that I have a plumbing issue at home. I called a few plumbing companies and I have to say that this company is the best one. Not only they come on time ( most of the time they come earlier), they are very courteous and knowledgeable in what they do. Their price is fair and they won't try to get you into paying for other services or parts that you don't need. Tom and Cory, thank you.
