Highly recommended...We went thru 2 plumbers that were sent by our warranty. Both plumbers didn't do anything and had an attitude. Decided to looke for plumbers on our own. I had a crisis on my hands today- my bathroom drain crumbled right before my eyes. This drain was installed by me 28 years ago. Well needless to say the new stuff didn't work with the old stuff and the pipe broke at the wall. I thought I was a gonner. I called Courtesy Plumbing and the nice woman on the phone told me she could get someone to give me an estimate between 3 and 6pm- GREAT! Aaron showed up right at 3-wow- I told him what I did and what happened- I waited for the worse- He looked at me and said ""No problem I got the parts in my truck want to get'erdun?"" OH HELL YEAH. It took him longer to write up my receipt than to repair and install my drain. He was quick, efficient, professional and did the job at great price. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks Aaron.

We had an excellent experience with Courtesy Plumbing. We needed to shorten the gas line in our kitchen to accommodate our new stove. The price was far less than I had anticipated and Rick was great. He explained everything he was doing along the way and are so happy with the results that we are having them come and quote on a tankless water heater installation.

loved that they showed us up on scheduling time and with a mask...Called talk to Bernie told her our need and she scheduled me for a free estimate right away same day but in evening . That was fine . When Rick arrived the plumber very profesional and wearing his mask and 6 feet apart . Looked at our water heater gave us a estimate and was very detailed about it .. I found this company on Yelp and contacted them a few months ago. Their office was very kind (and courteous!) and helped set up an appointment very quickly. The technician (Frank?) was really helpful and was also able to clear a clog another company could not.

We then had another plumbing issue, which was a bit more complicated. I've met with several of their plumbers, including the owner, and I was very impressed by their straightforwardness. They were informative, reasonably priced, and seem to take pride in being honest and thorough plumbers. Unlike other companies, they were only suggesting necessary repairs and diagnostics.

I would absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

I am Realtor in Thousand Oaks and I had a home in escrow which needed plumbing leaks, sewer scope and a few other items. After getting confirmed appointments continually rescheduled i called Courtesy Plumbing. The buyers plumbing company they would have to hydro jet to scope the sewer line. Courtesy came and said the hydro jetting was absolutely not necessary. The cost from the other company was $550 to hydro jet. The fixed the leaks and scoped the sewer line without hydro jetting. The home is Covina so being onsite for me was difficult. This company did excellent and the communication was awesome. I rarely write a review but felt compelled to let anyone and everyone know how great they are. They positively never mentioned writing a review.
