We recently got our old water heater replaced ($1550) and brought up to code with a few replacements and additions ($300). All around great experience. Easy to communicate with, fast response time, and very polite service. The repairman explained everything he was doing, and my most affordable options for a bit of water damage from our previously leaking water heater.

I noticed on the Saturday before Christmas (Wed) while mowing my lawn, I has some puddling in one area. I have an emergency shut-off for my sprinklers, so I shut that off, thinking I had a sprinkler issue (which had not been running because of rain). When the puddling remained through the weekend, I knew I had a bigger issue. Courtesy Plumbing had terrific Yelp reviews. I called and they sent Abraham out at 8am Tuesday (Christmas Eve day). It had rained Monday and was forecasted for Tuesday. Abraham was quickly able to determine the general area of the leak and showed me, based on puddling surrounding my house, that this was a pretty significant leak. He (correctly) advised and explained I needed a leak detection company to locate the leak so he could repair it. Again, it's Christmas Eve day and I have 20 family members coming for Christmas the next day. No way is this problem getting taken care of before Christmas. Abraham walked me though the call I needed to make to a detection company and made some company suggestions. I made the call to a company that was stellar as well, which was able to locate the leak the same morning. Courtesy Plumbing staying in touch with me on my progress that morning and had Abraham come back to my house by shortly after noon. He arrived as the detection guy was wrapping up. The detection guy dug a hole to expose the leaking pipe. Abraham took over and expanded the hole to a size large enough to do the repair. The job was a wet muddy mess. By late afternoon, the repair was done. Abraham stayed around after (I did not request he do so) and assisted me in putting my lawn back together. I had picked up two large bags of soil to fill the hole rather than replace the hole with the saturated mud. Abraham took it upon himself to continue to to the heavy-lifting, dirty work. He re-place the piece of sod that the detection guy had carefully sliced out before digging the hole, keeping the lawn presentable. Great to experience such incredible customer service and integrity. It was a Christmas Miracle.

We found Courtesy Plumbing on Yelp today and asked if we could get a leak under our sink fixed because we were desperate to be able to use it. Within about an hour, Lou came out and was so efficient, professional, and you can tell he really cares about his job and his customers. We will certainly tell anyone we know and obviously call Courtesy Plumbing again (hopefully Lou!) the next time we have any Plumbing issues.

I had an appt. for Tuesday for 2 leaky older (pre-low flush) Kohler toilets where I had already replaced the fill valve on both of them, and they continue to leak. A friend of mine said she had the same problem and had to replace a lot of parts, and it wasn't easy.
I had asked for Monday, if possible. When I was in the shower, I got a call that the Monday appt. was available. When I called back, they said the plumber had come and gone, after knocking on the door (I doubt), called and texted (the latter was definitely untrue). There was one call from an unknown number that I called right back to a message saying they weren't accepting calls. These calls (office, and unknown number, presumably the field technician ""at my door"") were made 7 minutes later. I was told that the original Tues. appt. was now no longer available (Mon. & Tues. were the only days that worked for me).
The same person who left the message, stated that the original appt. was for Monday, which I disagreed with, as did her own original voice mail to me. She then accused me of being dishonest, when it was ""Courtesy"" Plumbing that was, not me. Courtesy is clearly a misnomer.

We just had Courtesy Plumbing out to replace a leaking hot water tank, remove a reverse osmosis tank, and fix some other valves. They were professional, prompt, polite, reasonably priced, and clean. Sami and Abraham completed the tasks and did not try to upsell. Will definitely use them again.

We had courtesy come out for a water heater that failed and in conjunction of that failed water heater came water damage to my garage and interior of the home. The water heater was leaking without my knowing until I saw my floor buckling from water damage. In need of a restoration company the guys that came out to service my water heater also had a water damage restoration team onboard with their services since they said this is a common occurrence. They temporarily set my brand new water heater aside until the damage restoration company completed their work. The business they work with also does top notch service. They were prompt, polite and professional and advised me of the possible mold issue that was bound to happen had we not done this right. All around my plumbing company for life!

I have used Courtesy Plumbing several times, today being the most recent. Seig has been out at my request and did a fantastic job. Today he installed my supplied toilet, fixed 2 bathroom sink drain plugs, and repaired the cold water valve in the bath. He also, fixed the moen kitchen sink valve that concerned my wife. He is and as always been professional, courteous, and clean. I would highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing to anyone.
