Once again - Courtesy to the rescue! As mentioned in my previous reviews, we have had nothing but trouble with our Rudd hot water heater keeping the pilot light lit. Jason was awesome as he took over the parts ordering with delivery right to our house. There are really only about 3 parts to the computer/ignition system but, rather than sending all three of them, they sent them one at a time. Each time Jason would install the part sent, and then we would wait until we were satisfied it was working. The first two parts failed, so Jason ordered part 3 of 3. He came out to install it and we all were hoping this was it. It has been several weeks now and so far it has been working.

From Kristi answering the phone to Jason giving excellent service, it was clear that they all really cared and wanted to help, not just punch a ticket and make a buck. They are real people, with empathy and understanding along with unparalleled professionalism. And again, I highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing as your go to plumbing company as I have done.

When I called Courtesy Plumbing (again) today, and they asked if they had ever been out to my house before, I laughed, and then said, ""Oh, more times than I would like to admit."" As a foster parent for seven years, I cannot say the number of things that have been flushed down my toilets and dumped down the drains. Now, as a single mother of four, I seriously just expect that I will need to call them quarterly to come out to fix one thing or another.

This time? The twelve year old thought he was being helpful and in reality, just put a shot glass through the garbage disposal. Shockingly, a week later, I cannot get my sink to drain. Every time they come out, they are clean, efficient, and kind. Even before COVID, they took the time to wear booties in the house, and always left the place clean after a job. They are responsive and quick, and always polite. It's such a relief knowing they can come out and get the job done.

Our plumbing that connects to street became semi disconnected. The person who answers the phone told me that it would cost $5600. Then changed their mind and said $3600. I got it fixed by someone else for $1800. You give La Jolla address and they overcharge.

We had a toilet leaking. I looked at the Yelp reviews and called Courtesy. Although it wasn't an emergency, they sent someone out in 30 minutes! I had them replace some old valves on a sink while they were out here. Very professional and COVID safe the entire time. They communicated the issues well. An easy five stars.

Lou was awesome to work with! Showed up on time at the start of the time window, introduced himself and was super friendly and explained exactly what was going on and what he was doing. We figured out what the issue was with my tub fixtures hot water side, he fixed it, cleaned and resealed. Won't hesitate to use Courtesy and especially if I can get Lou on the next job.

I have had several plumbing issues over the past couple of years and have called on Courtesy Plumbing to help. They are great. Today, Lou helped us out and did an amazing job, including providing tips for the future. He gave an upfront and honest assessment that included pricing. We hoped for the easy way out, but once he was able to see the issue, we had a little more work to do. He again explained what he was going to do and took care of the repair quickly. When looking for a plumber, you want a company that is honest and reliable and that is what Courtesy has been for me. They do great work and stand behind it.
