My 18 year-old water heater failed spectacularly yesterday. After obtaining estimates from other plumbing companies, I negotiated a price to replace my unit. Sieg of Courtesy Plumbing was at my house within an hour or two. He did the work efficiently and explained everything. The work area was cleaned up nicely, and the unit functions well. He even fixed another annoying plumbing issue for me. Save your time, work with Courtesy on a fair price, then let them do the work. In my experience, they are excellent.

Nothing gets you to call a plumber faster than a stream of water shooting out of a pipe! I called Courtesy Plumbing this morning around 10:30 and told them of my problem. The very nice lady that talked to me said she could get someone to me tomorrow but that if anyone became available today they would call me. I get a call around 2pm and 20 minutes later Lou showed up. I showed him the problem and he had an immediate fix - required cutting out an old pipe and re piping it. It was positioned better than it was before thanks to Lou's recommendation. While he was here I showed him a shower faucet that I thought was on it's last legs. He even had the part to repair that. Lou was great. Neat, clean, friendly, professional, articulate and a joy to watch work and talk to. I certainly recommend Lou and Courtesy Plumbing. Great to work with.

No one likes having to call a plumber when you might be on the verge of a flood, but that's why companies like Courtesy Plumbing are around. My shower faucet wouldn't turn off, so came Jason to the rescue. I called around 930am, got a window for 12pm-3pm, and Jason showed up around 1:15pm. Luckily, our issue was a minor cartridge replacement, and he was out of there within 30 minutes. He even put the faucet back together after my husband had taken it apart trying to troubleshoot. He was very professional, explaining all the details, and telling us about the warning signs and how to prevent this problem in the future. I would definitely recommend Jason and Courtesy Plumbing to anyone.

Lou Wiley, the plumber who did our service, was excellent. Great service, attitude, and expertise.

The only thing that could be more ideal is less of a wait to be serviced (~1 week), but when you are good, there is a ton of demand, so that's understandable.
