After a visit from Tony, I believe the hype. I dont' know of any other service person who has 28+ outstanding ratings on YELP. He was very flexible, professional, courtesy and reasonable. Service was great. I definitely recommend and would use him again.

Wow. Tony, the owner of Courtesy Plumbing, is probably one of the most professional and courteous people I've met. The reviews here about his friendliness and the quality of his work are spot on. He was polite on the phone, he called ahead, he showed up within a few hours - on time (and put on little shoe covers to protect our floors), installed our toilet, gave it a second look and made sure it was aligned perfectly, wiped around to make it spotless, then proceeded to help rearrange the rugs in the bathroom. I mean, who has that kind of attention to detail nowadays?

I was very pleased. On top of that, he gave a 30 day guarantee to make sure everything works as planned. He'll be my go-to guy if I ever have a plumbing issue in the future, and if you ever need one, I give him my highest recommendation.

A week after moving into our new home we found our plumbing was all sorts of messed up. SOO, our warranty company sent over some plumbers (California Plumbing and leakage) and they gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like they were being slimy and trying to rip me off, so I did what any good natured citizen does. I fired them and got a second opinon.
Yelpers steered me in the right direction. Tony was super responsive, up front, honest and very fast. We wanted to do some of the manual labor to save some money and he told us exactly what we needed to do and we actually saved about $3000. What other company would guide you like that when they would lose money? Tony is really nice and does a great job and at no time did I regret chosing his company for the work. Definately give him a call when you need any sort of plumbing work done!

Lionel from Courtesy came out to replace the wax ring and re-seal my toilet. He arrived at the time he was supposed to. Slipped on shoe covers before entering my place. Worked quickly. Price seemed reasonable.

I called several plumbing places and got a lot of sales people who did not even work for the business. Courtesy Plumbing is not one of those! Tony answered his own phone, was honest, polite, and showed up on Saturday for no extra cost. He fixed my sink in a very short time and charged me a very reasonable rate. I will call this company every time I have a plumbing problem.

Wow! Lionel was awesome! I had a ""lazy flush"" in my toilet and couldn't figure out how to fix it on my own. I found this company on Yelp (where else!?) and gave them a call based solely on their ratings.

Lionel came over within 2 hours of my call and took care of the lazy flush. It cost $90 which was a tad high but I think it was worth it because of Lionel. Why? Because:
1) He was extremely polite and professional. He was happy to be here!
2) He put on booties over his shoes when he came in. Necessary? Perhaps not. Expected? No! Appreciated? Absolutely! It was just a nice touch.
3) He was respectful of my condo.
4) He was really, really great.

In the past week, I've had service done by carpet cleaners, an appliance repair service, a computer backup service, and Lionel. By far, Lionel was the best!!

Courtesy Plumbing, if you're reading this, Lionel is an absolute gem and a keeper. You should give him a raise! I'll definitely use you again and hope to get Lionel or someone just like him!
