I had a recurring blockage in a branch sewer line in our 50 year old home. Dan and Jake used their camera to locate the problem which was a ball of roots in the line. Then they ""rooted"" the line at the blockage and beyond. A followup camera inspection showed that the root ball was 90% or more removed. They then applied Root X to help kill off the remaining roots and inhibit future growth. They explained to me what they were doing and showed me the results with the camera inspection. They were courteous, polite, thoughtful and neat. Both gentleman were just that...gentlemen. I recommend this company completely.

We used Courtesy Plumbing to replace our water main shut-off earlier this year. We were so satisfied with the work and repair person, scheduled them to do some inside plumbing work. Both Ryan and Jake were very professional and neat while completing the work. They brought tarps to cover their walk path and work area. It is a family owned business which has both residential and commercial customer bases. Typically, when you need plumbing done, it has some urgency to it. You can count and trust these guys to do it right. Highly recommend them for all types of plumbing work!

I have used other plumbing companies over the years. When I first used Courtesy Plumbing I had never seen higher quality plumbers ever! I always get Dan and Ryan. They re-routed my water lines through my attic, when I had the copper line under my concrete slab break. I thought they'd have to bust up my floor., No, they did it the best way. I have used them at least 10 times. toilets, shower push/pull valves, outside valves, drain cleaning, etc.
I highly recommend this company. The owner hires only the best and they usually come over the same day I call.
