Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing
Company Overview
Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing focuses on the plumbing needs of manufactured homes. We are skilled at efficiently repiping defective polybutylene, CPVC, or old galvanized piping with PEX and copper systems. We provide compliance of water heaters with all home inspection requirements. We also provide installation for complete parts and fixtures for the mobile home market.
Started in 1984, we began in Mesa, AZ. As a family-operated company, we assist those living in manufactured homes in managing their repair, remodeling, and insurance needs. In 1994, as the class action suit for defective polybutylene pipes started in Arizona, we actively participated in the replacement of homes across the state. With two of my sons on the crew, we were able to repipe up to 30 homes each week. Since the conclusion of the class action suit, we maintain our repiping services for up to 2 homes weekly. Pd over $3k to repiped our manufactured home. To run our washer lines Jerry drilled through our black pipe to run the hot and cold lines below the floor, causing damage to our floor beam and flooring. Real smart! He came back to fix it, but knew what he had done and said, ""you must think I'm a real idiot"". Ya think? Later, selling house, Title company needed correspondence from them to clear an issue the home inspector found. Courtesy plumbing refused to write a quick note confirming all was ok, stating it would charge me $95 as a service call to write it up! Really?! My realtor called, trying to get a short note stating all was good and they were nasty to him too! Forget this company. They aren't customer oriented at all. later down the road, you'll see the issues they cause.

Call Because bad water heater and it was leaking all in my home. Courtesy never Called back. Not very good if you do not call people back.

Jerry did a great job replacing our hose bib faucets for our washing machine. He did it for exactly the same dollar that his estimate was beforehand. Included were new: 1/4 turn brass faucets with internal connecting lines and the new clamps. Jerry was done in about 20 minutes. It tested out well with no leaks. Professional job completed at a very reasonable price.

Had a flood of water come pouring out under my sink. I turned the water off and called Jerry. He came out with in 18 hours and fixed the pipes. This company is so affordable! Who else is gonna fix something like this with out charging a couple hundred dollars? No other plumbing company, that's for sure! We will always call Courtesy. Great attitude. Excellent service. Thanks so much for your excellent work.

Had a plumbing leak in mid-December- on a Saturday, of course. Another company came out and fixed the leak for a huge amount of money, and told me all the lines under the house needed replacing. Gave me an outrageous bid to replace them. My neighbor had used Jerry to replace the lines under his house, so I called Courtesy. Jerry came out, did a thorough inspection, told me I also needed a new water heater, expansion tank, and drip pan to bring house up to code and garbage disposal. Jerry's bid, including the water heater and disposal, was less than 2/3 of the other company's bid to just re-pipe. He came out and did the job in a professional, timely manner. I've already given out copies of his business card to others.

This guy is not the same as he was years ago. The last time I hired him he was rude and nasty. He also charged for things he DID NOT do. He has gone from being a someone I trusted in the last to someone that ripped me off. Run far away Jerry of Courtesy Mobile Home Plumbing!

He's too expensive. I needed a repair on kitchen intake hose replacement and he charged $150 for 55 minutes of labor; parts were extra. He didn't arrive to do the repair until 6 days after he came to inspect the leaky hose. Also when I requested a receipt, he wrote it on a piece of scratch paper so there was no notation as to a guarantee of work done.

Jerry is highly recommended... He gave me an estimate and came in below the amt. quoted. He is a super nice guy and completed the job as needed. If you need a plumber he is your man.
