My journey in the mobile home industry began in 1978. While residing in Iowa, I got a call from my brother to help him with his mobile home setup business in Arizona. So, I relocated in 1978 and began setting up mobile homes across Arizona. In 1981, I started at Arizona Mobile Home Supply, a complete source for mobile home setup professionals.

I established Courtesy Mobile Home Repair and Remodeling in 1984. The business flourished, offering roof, ceiling, and floor replacement services for insurance firms. In 1994, I was contacted about the opportunity to repipe manufactured homes professionally.

I have worked in the Manufactured Home Industry since 1978, with experience in mobile home setup, remodeling, selling components, plumbing, and repairs while collaborating with insurance companies.
