I arose to one of the worst nightmares of all homeowners: water dripping from the ceiling of our downstairs and it happened to be a weekend. Theo from Courtesy Flush came very quickly and identified the origin of the problem, which was a damaged drain line.

He extracted enough ceiling material to prevent the dripping from expanding any more away (just directly down into a container) until he could fix the damaged part of drain. He also identified a significant clog that had been in the drain for a considerable period, and removed it before finishing repairs.

During the entire process, he faced all kinds of mess from the leak.

Therefore I have a strange yet truly positive review - I contacted Courtesy Flush for a gas line repair required by the municipality to be carried out by a qualified plumber for a property I have in Anchorage.

I called about 8-9 plumbing companies. None of them could help me. One plumber said he couldn't help me either yet he willingly offered to assist me locate someone who could provide support me. Therefore he provided me the contact information of a few plumbers (that were not listed elsewhere) that were better positioned to provide support.

This plumber saved a significant amount of money and a substantial amount of energy!! I just appreciate he wasn't selfish or unfair or awful about referring business and he persisted to help me over the span of many conversations.

If I have a plumbing concern in a unit in ER, I will absolutely call him. I appreciate it!!

There exists a lack of courtesy at the company known as Courtesy Flush. My wife arranged an engagement and received word that a plumber was expected on Saturday morning. When the morning came, the plumber did not only come late, and the technician didn't even bother to let us know he would be late.

My partner texted to inquire if any an issue and received a message that he had an "urgent" situation and was expected between 10:30 and noon, implying that another customer's issue seems more important than our situation.

As expected, this did not occur. Here we are still lacking hot water. There was no call, no appearance, and no consideration for the time we had. I suggest and use anyone but Courtesy Flush.
