There is no courtesy at Courtesy Flush. My wife scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be Saturday morning. Come this morning, Theo did not just show up late, he didn't even have the courtesy to tell us he would be late. My wife texted to see if there was a problem and was told he took an ""emergency"" call and would be here between 10:30 and noon, as if someone else's problem is more severe than ours. Of course that did not happen. Here we are still without hot water. No call, no show, and no respect for our time. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but Courtesy Flush.

So here's a strange, yet very positive, review- I called this company for a gas line job required by Muni to be performed by a licensed plumber for a unit I have in Anchorage. . I called about 8-9 plumbers. No one could help me. This guy said he couldn't help me either BUT he openly volunteered to help me find someone who could help me. So he gave me the number of a few people (that weren't listed elsewhere) that were more likely to help. He Saved me thousands of dollars and a heck of a lot of time!! I just appreciate that he wasn't stingy or greedy or awful about referring business and he continued to help me over the course of multiple phone calls . If I have a plumbing issue in a property in ER I will definitely call him. Thank you!!

This is a great man, who does great quality of work. My beef with him solely was the no shows and lack of returned phone calls or texts. Maybe I'll revisit sometime, love having a drink with him and chatting, just when I'm desperate for help and I can't rely on you after you set a time, that's a problem.

Woke up to one of the worst nightmares of every homeowner: water dripping from the ceiling of our downstairs (and on a weekend, too). Theo responded amazingly quickly and helped discover the source of the leak, which was a cracked drain pipe. He removed enough ceiling material to prevent the leak from spreading any farther out (just straight down into a bucket) until he could replace the cracked section of pipe. He also discovered a horrendous calcified partial clog that had been in the pipe for a long tine, and thoroughly snaked it clear before finishing repairs. Throughout the process he endured all kinds of nasty fallout from the drain pipe. I will keep Theo and Courtesy Flush's number on speed-dial for any future plumbing needs. Their response time, fair pricing, and friendliness are what every homeowner hopes to find in a plumbing service.

We bought a new dish washer and attempted to install ourselves. We quickly realized we needed some help. We had the old washer taken out and we needed it installed that day. After calling a couple local plumbers and being told they can't make it the same day, we found Courtesy Flush and Theo said he could make that evening. He showed up and the install went smoothly. Very nice guy who obviously takes pride in his work. He will be our first call for any future plumbing needs.

I will give Theo, Courtesy Flush, 10 stars for his excellent work. We have well water issues for many years, we wanted to clean 2 600-gallon-water tanks desperately and to fix water pipeline. After 6 plumbers, I found Theo who was very courtesy and talked to me with big smile, willing to do the job. His attitude toward his costumers is not only professional but friendly. He worked hard without counting his time consumed for his work and very reasonable charges. I will tell my friends about him. Thanks Theo.

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom that was slowly leaking down into the kitchen ceiling. I called Courtesy Flush and they were willing to show up that night. Theo showed up and he quickly fixed my leak. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call Theo the next time I need plumbing help.
