Nick picked up the phone and was straight forward. I was impressed they would show up and provide a FREE estimate on the job. That's really unique in today's age when some plumbing cos charge a costly trip charge only to quote a high price. That's not fair.
But Courselle is an upstanding reasonable company in my opinion. Today, Isaac Courselle showed up to install two new faucets in the bathroom. He was respectful, punctual, clean in his work, and I could tell was being thorough. Plus the work comes with a 1 year warranty anyway.
I can't stress how impressive this firm is. And the rates were reasonable and actually less than other companies I happened to call first.

We first encountered a representative of this company at a plumbing supply store. He was very kind and considerate, and we decided to call them to help us with our plumbing issues. Our plumbing issues turned out to be very serious, but they were able to help us fix them quickly. Their cost was reasonable, and they took pictures of the problems that were under our house, along with pictures of what they did to fix the problems. We feel very confident in making them our new ""go-to"" plumbing company.

A young man gives us an estimate for some plumbing and says it will take two people to do the job since it will take a few hours price is quoted of $850! He says he will arrive in the morning. He arrives LATE and the same person arrives with no other HELPER and he does not take long and then at the bottom of our cabinet THERE is a prior cover over a hole that is in the wall from another plumber this plumber leaves it open NOW we can't figure out how to put the cover back. For $850 he could have a least covered the damn hole. He also drilled another big hole in our wall to get to the plumbing and he stated he does not do repair for mold so he gives me a company that will do it. I call and they refer to another company since they can't help me; I will never use Courselle Plumbing in Gardena!

These guys are the best!!! Diagnosed and fixed two really hard plumbing issues; one sewer line and one slab leak; all of their workers have great positive attitudes and go the extra distance; look no further these guys rock; timely, reasonable, professional!

We went almost 2 months without a hot water heater. We tried calling around to the big companies and they were no help at all. One company quoted us $3k. We finally Yelped this company and they were able to come out the same day. Alonzo helped us out. (Shout out to Alonzo ) He was friendly and knowledgeable of the job he was doing. My is wife is so happy because I don't have to keep lighting the ignition for hot water. We have a whole new heater. Great quote! Thank you!

These guys are terrific. After I made an appointment with Brian, he called the morning of to confirm and then called me again when he was on his way. I really appreciate that. And here's the best part: he came and thoroughly inspected my plumbing issue (I had just gotten a new dishwasher installed and thought I needed to get a new supply valve put in - this is the valve that connects the washer to my home's plumbing). Well, after inspecting things, he recommended that I DO NOT get a new valve. He assessed that my current valve was just fine. And then he told me his inspection wouldn't cost me a penny. How many plumbers do you know who would do that? Drive all the way to you house and then tell you everything was fine? I admire Brian's honesty and recommend him very highly. I will absolutely call him the next time I have any plumbing concerns.

Great service and pricing! Called Courselle to replace two Hansgrohe bathroom faucets. Cory arrived earlier than expected, quickly assessed the job and provided a very competitive bid.
