We went almost 2 months without a hot water heater. We tried calling around to the big companies and they were no help at all. One company quoted us $3k. We finally Yelped this company and they were able to come out the same day. Alonzo helped us out. (Shout out to Alonzo ) He was friendly and knowledgeable of the job he was doing. My is wife is so happy because I don't have to keep lighting the ignition for hot water. We have a whole new heater. Great quote! Thank you!

These guys are terrific. After I made an appointment with Brian, he called the morning of to confirm and then called me again when he was on his way. I really appreciate that. And here's the best part: he came and thoroughly inspected my plumbing issue (I had just gotten a new dishwasher installed and thought I needed to get a new supply valve put in - this is the valve that connects the washer to my home's plumbing). Well, after inspecting things, he recommended that I DO NOT get a new valve. He assessed that my current valve was just fine. And then he told me his inspection wouldn't cost me a penny. How many plumbers do you know who would do that? Drive all the way to you house and then tell you everything was fine? I admire Brian's honesty and recommend him very highly. I will absolutely call him the next time I have any plumbing concerns.

Great service and pricing! Called Courselle to replace two Hansgrohe bathroom faucets. Cory arrived earlier than expected, quickly assessed the job and provided a very competitive bid. Called for a water heater problem. Isaac (and helper) was here in about an hour; very friendly, professional and went right to work. Replaced the thermocoupler quickly, slapped it all together and fixed the problem. Pricing was more than fair and saved me the stress of fixing it myself. Very happy! Will use them again and pass their information on to friends and family. Also, both were masked and gloved during this pandemic.

We've had some plumbing issues due to roots in our line for some time now. When our washing machine caused some backup, we called Courselle Plumbing and were able to get an appointment the same day, let alone the issue fixed by the end of the day! We were very impressed with the service, professionalism, and knowledge of our technician, Isaac, who fixed the issue by installing a front clean out and then snaking the line. They worked with us on pricing and we will definitely call again for future needs!

A short while ago, we experienced an issue with our water heater. We called Courselle for advice because they did great work for us about 6 weeks ago on a separate issue. When our water heater was installed by a different plumbing company, it was done in such a way where you couldn't see key information written on the unit, including the year it was made. So, John advised me to text some photos of the unit to him and then he took it upon himself to research the warranty information--as well as put me in direct contact with a company authorized to supply the parts and bill the manufacturer. He also texted me all key information relevant to our water heater that they did not even install. WHO DOES THAT?!! And this was on a late Saturday afternoon just before close of business. They really went out of their way to help me out. I laud this company, their work quality, and most of all, the kind character of every person who works there.
