For each plumbing issue at my house (all minor problems), I've called a different plumbing company in search of the one who I can rely on to fix things with competence and a fair price. One guy kept me waiting over an hour, another guy charged me too much, etc. So I called someone I found on Angie's on Friday morning to fix my water heater that wouldn't keep the pilot light on. The lady said someone would be available in the afternoon. Short story is that I got flaked on and was left to find someone to fix the problem at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Pissed off and annoyed, I looked to Yelp in a scramble to find someone on short notice. 3rd call was to Courselle Plumbing. He said he'd be there in 30 minutes. When I met John, he was straightforward and told me what was causing the problem, what was required to fix it, and the expected cost and time. He had the parts in his truck, which is awesome so that he didn't have to go to the pipe supply store. He held true to the estimate and was courteous and useful. My apologies to Mrs. Courselle for making John get home a little later than expected. I appreciate that he took the job at my house, even though he had packed up for the day. I will definitely call back for the next plumbing issue.

No wonder they get 5 stars grading! We got some moisture in our sub floor and I was referred to John by a friend for an inspection. John returned my phone call very efficiently and sent Danny over the next day when I was available. Danny went in the crawlspace and found some moisture under my bath tub but wasn't sure there was a leak in any pipe. He was thoroughly inspecting all the areas back and forth to the sub floor. After the second time crawling underneath my house and looking into the Jacuzzi motor space, he found out that the water was coming from the caulking of the tub rather than any plumbing. He left and recommended me to get a tile guy to fix the caulking and charge me nothing. What's an honest man! It's hard to find any contractors like these guys now a day. I'm definitely using these guys again in the future and strongly recommend them to everyone.

This review is long overdue. I was having trouble contacting my plumber and John had one of his service technician, Danny, come out to check out a water heater issue. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use Courselle again should I have any future plumbing issues.

So great. John and Cory were very helpful. I came home from vacation to a gas leak. The gas co shut off our gas that night and locked it so no hot water, stove or other necessities until a plumber came to look at and repair the leak. A friend referred John and he answered his phone right away and was there that day. He was super honest, smart, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. He has even helped mediate and discuss the problem with the builder...wonderful!

I completely trust him and will continue to both use and recommend him.

When I needed a plumber for an emergency plumbing issue, John Courselle of of Courselle Plumbing was recommended to me as ""the best"". John came to my home promptly, did a detailed investigation, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. He is smart, polite, and professional, and clearly knows what he's doing. I've used other plumbing companies before, none of whom I would recommend. But I highly recommend John, and will use him again if I need plumbing services.

i can not speak highly enough of this business!! i have never met a nicer plumber. plus john answers his cell every time i call and yesterday when my gas was out, he walked me through how to fix it. rather than coming here to do it himself so he could bill me (as any other plumber would do). the last time i needed my water heater checked, he was here within a few hours. and compared to other plumbers, he is more reasonably priced by far!! john is a local dad and i trust him 100%!! i'm no longer scared of having a plumbing issue because i have finally found the best!! you will never be disappointed or frustrated if you use courselle...just all around honest, hard working, ethical smart plumbers with integrity. good luck topping that!! ;)

I highly recommend this company!!
I had an emergency leak on my kitchen ceiling and it was late, but John came out he explained everything before he did what he needs to do.
John is professional and trustworthy.
He recommended I call a restoration company before he broke open my wall that was the culprit because he was concerned about possible airborne mold that would be dangerous to our family.
I really appreciated how he was concerned about our well being and not just getting paid!
He knew the restoration company covered by insurance might have their own plumber but he still told me to do this for our welfare.
This is a caring person and he also is a very competent plumber.
I am so glad I found him!!
