I bought a new house about a month ago. Had the great idea to DIY the backyard by removing rose bushes and trees. I hit the main copper water line with a pick axe on a Sunday a few weeks ago. Welcome to home ownership! I frantically called Courselle since they had good reviews and yelp said they were open despite it being a Sunday afternoon. The guy who answered the phone was great and had Danny to my home in about 30 minutes. Danny is the best. He fixed broken copper pipe for a fair price. This is where I was prompted to write the review. As soon as Danny left, my dad had the bright idea to try and take out one more rose bush before we called it a day. He figures we couldnt possibly hit the pipe again now that we knew where it ran and how deep it was below the surface. Wrong. My dad this time hit the main water line with a shovel (somehow the water line wasnt placed level... this portion of the uncovered pipe was a bit closer to the surface). I called in again at around 4:30 pm on a Sunday and despite almost being home for the day, Danny agreed to come back and save us again. Above and beyond service. Thanks Danny!

One of our bathroom toilets was flushing slow and I figured that we needed to have our main line snaked since we tend to have problems with roots in the pipes. I requested price quotes from several companies here on Yelp. The best quote I received was from Courselle Plumbing. After speaking to the owner, John, Alonzo was at my door in less than 2 hours. After checking the cleanout and the referenced toilet, Alonzo confirmed that there was a slight blockage in the line. He snaked the line, checked to make sure everything was functioning properly and offered a few suggestions to help prevent future problems. He was done and gone in less than an hour! Now that is EXCELLENT service with a reasonable price! No upcharges based upon snake length either! Both John and Alonzo were EXTREMELY personable and definitely listened to my concerns. I've used other plumbers in the past but none like Courselle. I will definitely be a repeat customer when we have future plumbing problems!

Courselle plumbing is great. John and Danny are honest, professional and knowledgable. Short story: Made an appointment with John with up-front price estimation around 8:00 AM. Danny came out to my job at 11:00 AM, diagnosed the issue and fixed it with the best option. There was a little accident at the end that a little piece of metal striped into the pipe when installing everything back, but the water drains fine now. Happy with the result so far. I would definitely recommend John and Danny to my friends, actually already did!

I contacted Courselle Plumbing on Yelp at 11pm on a Thursday for a clogged and leaky pike under my kitchen sink and they responded that night telling me to call in the morning and that they could help me the very next day. Everyone else I contacted couldn't help me until Monday which would have meant I would have had no sink all weekend. They were very professional, on-time and fixed the problem right away. The price was much less than I expected and everything is working great now. I highly recommend them.
