We've used them for several years; they've taught us the quirks in our system and they have rescued us from unexpected mishaps quickly. We count on them, and they have always come through for us at a fair price -- we highly recommend them.

his electrical work failed inspection and there is mold on the sheetrock he put up that I never had before and the window in the front the caulking job is terrible , I can see the yard thru it . He referred to my children as saboteurs and I never named called his family. I at this point cannot have my grandchildren over because mold causes botulism and could kill them. It will cost me thousands to fix his work. I am a senior and was a front line essential ICU nurse for COVID and I can not stop thinking of how this company took advantage of me and this is a form of prejudice.

They tried to scam me, My HVAC had an issue and Tanous who I normally use wasn't available so I used them.

Wadson tried to convince me to change the HVAC using a hard sales pitch. He said he had on in stock. I told him I wanted to get a second opinion, he called me later in the day and said he had good news for me and that he could change the water valve and that would give me a few more years with the unit. I told him that I still wanted to check with my regular people first.

It turns out the unit needed more freon. The worst part is that they turned off the water to the unit without telling me so if had I kept using it the compression would have blown.

Right now I am pretty disappointed in there communication .. Scheduled yesterday and no showed .. Came this morning and said they need to go get a ladder and have not came back or called or messaged. They have not answered multiple calls. They understand this is an urgent situation but do not seem to care. I will update this later if they get ahold of me in a timely manner-- for now I have to sat stay away from them unless you want to get left waiting ..

Discipable. Less than one star. $1000 to replace a $90 part. Heck, I know they are allowed to make money, but there is a difference between making a reasonable profit and ripping someone off. They ripped me off. Find someone else.

I had contacted Courageous to come in and do annual maintenance on my boiler. Watson was quick to respond and schedule time in to update. While here also checked out my water heater that was having some issues. He quickly diagnosed the issue with that (While the other plumber that installed it took 3 visits to figure it out). I would recommend them to others for quick, professional service.

Wadson came and did an amazing job! Got my boiler working a day before my sons birthday when it was 50 degrees in my house. Called me back immediately and came the same day. Didn't leave until I had heat and understood everything there was to know about maintaining my boiler. I would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely stay away from this company. They weaseled their way into sealing our basement and absolutely ruined the foundation. We have decided to contact BBB and CA and they won't comply with their requests. They showed up whenever they wanted, leveled nothing, used sub par products, and got defensive when we questioned why they used an interior door on the outside. DO NOT USE THEM !!
