I would not recommend Residential nor Commercial businesses to use this company. I paid $554.00 dollars for a brand toilet to be installed to get shafted last year. Currently the toilet is rocky and loose causing the entire toilet to move from left to right. Someone did come back once last year to take a look at it the issue - placed generic caulk around the base of the toilet that NEVER serve a purpose nor fixed the problem. The gentlemen that answer the phone has very poor customer service and the manager ducks and dodges dealing with customers concerns. I will never use of recommend the services to anyone!

Will never use them again.Did not fix my problem. Snake the toilet and said that roof vent was blocked. Scratched up toilet. Said they would be back when got warmer too clean roof vent. When they left still did not a working toilet. I have a husband that has cancer and i need a toilet. My brother came snaked my sewer. Will not use them again or recommend them. Bad customer service.

My home warranty company sent out this company. I told the man on the phone my issues. My mom met them at my house and they never addressed an issue. I called them and told them this and they said they would address this and snake my toilet when they came back (they needed a part to finish). When they returned the next week they told me if I waited until the county came to snake outside they would come back no charge if I was still having issues. When I called back they acted like they never said that. I spent hours on the phone with the home warranty company and them. They told me and the home warranty company different things every time. Also when they didn't want to deal with this anymore they stopped returning calls. This company is unreliable and crooked I would not recommend them

Obtained this firm from my home warranty people. The fast service was unexpected. Clean and fast. Getting the jon done right the first time. I called them bakc for another job outside of the warranty. Again they were here on time and completed the job in no time. Rates are reasonable. They took the time to answer my questions and explained in common terms. I will continue to use them in the future.

They worked for me after being referred to them by our local plumbing supply house. Completely satisfied. Jim Wallace came to my house same day I called. Quote was received within 30 minutes of leaving my house. The repair and ultimate installation was professionally completed. He also worked well with and was very accommodating with the other contractor who was working on the project.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. I found this company on craigslist. I have a jacuzzi walk in shower and the shower line was leaking. Jim came and took the part and told me it was on order. 3 weeks later I called him and he said he would check on the order. He never returns calls and he did not even return the original part so I could try to replace it. He is a thief and he is unprofessional or maybe he is a racist white plumber who does not want to return to a black man home to do the repair.

I am a police officer and I have given him several calls and he has not returned my call. I usually try to give people a chance off of craigslist despite the bad things you here on the page but he has convinced me that he is a ""craigslist con"". Again.........do not use this company. Jim Wallace and this business were found via a Craigslist search for a local plumber. He solely advertises in Craigslist in Willowick. Great! That's where I live.

Jim seemed helpful enough until it became apparent that he was snaking my storm sewer rather than the waste water (and charged me $300 for it!). The City of Willowick came to snake from the cleanout to the street and verified he was in the wrong one! They city even put a camera in to show me! I talked to Jim Wallace and he apologized and sounded as if he wanted to get to the bottom of this. He promised I would be his first stop the next morning. No show, won't answer texts, etc.

When I went to the website, I find that there are two contacts. The other is the MAYOR of Willowick. I contacted the mayor and he denies any affiliation with this man but does know him. Anything sound fishy about this one?
