This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a service company. Both the receptionist (owner's wife) and the owner, Mike, were impatient and made it very clear, multiple times, that actually speaking with the client was a complete waste of Mike's time, never mind that I was a first-time client with a simple question I needed an answer to. They seem to specialize in misinterpretation, quick tempers and self-righteous indignation.

Unfortunately, I didn't read any of the other reviews before I hired them or I would have had some warning. Based on what Mike told me he does have some loyal clients but it sounds like I am not the only person who has had a very unpleasant experience with them. I don't even feel like I can pay the invoice until I've had a chance to go and personally inspect the job to make sure it was even done.

Too bad. They were prompt to send someone out to do the job and the invoice was reasonable (providing he actually fixed the issues). But my advice is to never call them in the first place. I certainly never will again.

We had an excellent experience with Countywide today! Mike was friendly, prompt, efficient, and had our problem repaired quickly! We could not have been more impressed! Thank you, Mike and Countywide.

THANKS for fixing the leak! OH WAIT, You didn't! Dealing with this company reminds me of watching 'Peanuts', where Lucy keeps tricking Charlie Brown with the football... They didn't fix the issue, and they billed me. When I'd explain the situation, they were extremely rude. This happened MULTIPLE times. They make me more angry than Comcast and Century link COMBINED! (And that's pretty bad) Save yourself the frustration, time, and hassle, and use ANYONE else. These people are horrible.

Avoid the trouble. Read the other reviews, I'm not the only one. With multiple 1 star ratings, this isn't an anomaly. For instance, the company owner is responding to negative customer reviews YEARS after the reviewer posted them. If they can't even address customer feedback timely, imagine their responsiveness to your actual plumbing needs.

I had them assess a leak in my upstairs bathroom in 2014. They came out two different times and ""fixed"" something, but the leak persisted unfortunately. I called back a third time and they said ""we stand by our work and we'll return at no expense to you to fix it this time"". I appreciated that and wouldn't you know it the leak was finally fixed. This was the only moment of good customer service I experienced, hence the one star. Fast forward to May 2017 I called them for a different plumbing issue at another property I manage for a friend of mine. After talking to Trina and explaining the issue, she ran it by ""the guys"" (the two plumbers/owners) and called me back to tell me they would NOT be providing me service. I asked why. And she said I had not paid several bills in the past. I said that can't be I am never a deadbeat and asked her to send me all the unpaid invoices so I could make them whole if I had indeed missed a payment. After getting the invoices, what Trina indicated was that I had received ""discounts"" (i.e. the free fix they did on the third visit). The invoice there showed the services was X dollars and a discount of X dollars was applied thus netting the bill to $0. She indicated that applying ""discounts"" is her way of netting bills to $0 when people don't pay - clearly someone needs to learn Quickbooks a little bit better as there are ways to apply bad debt credits to reconcile unpaid accounts. Regardless, I provided all of my past payment history to them and showed her that the discount was applied on day 1 when they issued the invoice, not 30-60-90 days later after someone may not have paid. Clearly a mixup on their part. After providing this info I even asked - I'll pay in advance if you need me to (even though I clearly proved I do pay in full) - and Countywide responded to me ""thanks, but they still decline to do work for you"".

Who runs a business like this? Anyway, I've found several other good plumbers in the area. Now as part of my HOA board I'll be sure we steer clear of Countywide to perform any services on our property. I mean they're declining business anyway right? Why waste our time and theirs asking if they'll do work. Save yourself some headaches and call someone else (i.e. the #1-10 plumbers in Summit County). With multiple 1 star ratings, this isn't an anomaly, this is clearly how they ""run"" their business.

Avoid at all costs! Unprofessional company. There are plenty of other alternatives in the area. We had a heating issue that they were supposed to come look at and follow up with us to decide on next steps. They never called us, but instead sent us a bill a few days later. When we followed up with them, they were incredibly rude and did not help resolve the issue. They supposedly performed work that we never authorized. Additionally, there was no sign that they actually did any work in our unit, and the work they ""supposedly"" performed did not fix the issue. A nightmare of a company.

I have used this company for 10 years. Customer service is extraordinary. Recently we are selling our home and needed them to check the system before closing. Because they do maintenance on our home every year, they agreed to double check the values and did not charge! This is just one of many times this company has gone beyond extraordinary customer service!

We were having boiler problems so we called Countywide to come out and inspect/resolve the problem. The first visit was fine. Nice guys who seemed to know what they were doing. They said the problem was the old valves and we scheduled a time for them to come back and replace. They came back and replaced them, but then the problem persisted. We called them back several times for the same problem. Each time they did basic troubleshooting with temporary fixes. On the last visit, we requested they actually try to pinpioint the problem. On this trip, they finally contacted the boiler manufacturer and found the problem and I THINK resolved it... Given their unnecessary recommendations for costly repairs and the number of trips to resolve the same issue, I asked them to credit me at least one visit. They would not.

My management company in Frisco, without my request or authorization, had Countywide replace a zone valve in my condominium, then sent me a bill for $130 labor, plus $130 (exactly) for part. I had planned to have someone else do the work for substantially less, Since Countywide (and I blame the management company for this) hadn't been asked to do this, I told the management company I would pay for the part only. The management company employee said he would pay for the labor, I assume because he was the one who erred. Anyway, the ""repair"" lasted only a month maybe, and when I contacted Countywide, they said they would not warrantee the part or labor because I hadn't paid the whole bill. I replied that the employee had paid the other half, and Countywide said they had told him he didn't have to. Apparently they wanted to keep a nice strong relationship with the management company. Well, that's their choice. So they didn't really fix the problem, and they have no intention of making good on their work. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. And the woman I spoke to about this was rude and dismissive and catty.

I just replaced a 17 year old boiler in my townhouse (Dillon) that was coming to the end of its useful life. The folks at Countywide gave me a detailed analysis of my options and the associated costs. They repaced my old boiler with a new Weil-McLain boiler as well as all the associated fittings, tubing, valves, vents, etc. and fully flushed and refilled the hot water/glycol lines. They were prompt, efficient and totally willing to walk me through what they were doing every step of the way. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this kind of work.

Leak still exists. They don't listen, just go through the motions. Waste of money.
