I've been with County Wide for years and they always come through. My AC died on Saturday and I called around noon and they said someone could come at 5:00. I was happy for it being "last minute". But, Abel came at 3:30 and he fixed the AC! He also gave me some great ideas to do at home to save future costs. Abel was amazing! I'm very satisfied!!!

I have used County Wide over 15 years.Their service in that time has been outstanding.I have been allowed to name and use the tech who comes for the twice yearly checkups, which has led me to a comfort level that he knows and cares for my equipment.Their prices are apparently fair.The ONLY issue I have is when a part failed about three years into a ten year warranty.The part WAS replaced without cost, BUT the warranty on that piece then would only be for the remainder of the ten years, not that piece extended to a full 10 years.This, I felt then, and still feel is wrong.However, this is the ONLY negative I have found.

County Wide has been my A/C company of choice for the last five years. They installed a new A/C which works wonderfully, but also service an old A/C (upstairs unit) without trying to sell me a new unit. I'll buy one from them when this one craps out on me, but so far it's working fine. I have a service contract with them, and they come out twice a year and clean and service both units. The only problems I've had have been with the unit they did not install, and yet they come immediately (within two hours) and have me taken care of a short while later. Their technicians are friendly, the staff in the office are super sweet, and I'm a happy customer!

Great customer service many times in the past, until now and I will never use them again.. I had a tech come to my house and repair my AC. He lied and said I couldn't purchase a capacitor without a license and I discovered that is a lie. I ask him for the capacitor he removed from my unit and he secretly cut the label on half so I couldn't purchase one over the counter from Granger and fix it myself, grrrrr. I called to complain and got the run around. I ask the general manager why I was lied to and why did the tech cut the label in half? The General Manager would not address the problem and that is the reason I will not use County Wide again. He said he would send a tech out to take out the part and I could use my own part, what a idiot. They have my phone number and can call me again. I do not dealing with some one that lies!

They were unable to provide a quote for equipment replacement over the phone, so insisted on someone coming out to provide a free quote. Unfortunately, they neglected to even show up during the period of time (3 hours) they created an appointment for. Do not waste your money with a company that has no problem wasting your time with no shows.

I have used this company for over 15 years. It all started with a repair question which they answered over the phone AND told me what part I needed and where to buy it. ALL AT NO CHARGE. I highly recommend County Wide Service Co.

Probably close to 7 years ago when we lived in Floresville our AC went out and we called a local AC company and they came up with a list of needs and about a $4000.00 price tag. We decided to call County Wide and, lo and behold, all we needed was a new thermostat.

We have since moved to San Antonio and again found ourselves in need of AC repair service and again I called a different company. $7000.00 plus needed for a new unit or a $1000.00 quick fix with no guarantee. Remembered our past experience with County Wide and gave them another call.

Primo came out and went thru everything. Explained everything in simple terms and was able to get us up and running for $368.10. We will never call another AC company again.

County Wide will be the only AC repair company we ever call.
