My wife and I could not have been more impressed with estimator/installer Brandon from County wide Plumbing and Air conditioning.

He came out to our house as promised and assessed the job, answered our numerous Ac and Furnace replacement questions. He gave a us a detailed solid estimate letting us know exactly what we got for the quoted price to install two AC units and Furnaces.

We were so very impressed with his knowledge and what his estimate included as part of the purchase. Unlike many other companies that just want to give you a flat figure without including what you get for that amount.

Our job took 2.5 days to complete, he was on time and left our house spotless at the end of each work day. Brandon let us know he takes great pride in everything he installs, and this was easy to see as we watched him work. He also included a great future labor warranty, tune ups and a system check in date at no extra cost to us. My wife and I also really appreciated how he then went through in detail and explained the warranty from the manufacturer. He said if there are any issues call and he will be there for us and we felt confident in his statement as we watched him do the install and how he made sure to involve us in each phase of the install project.

Brandon is a true perfectionist and takes great pride in doing a beyond professional install. A rare quality to find in a person these days. He also provided lots of extra hardware, which included surge protectors, new fuses and power boxes, lines, thermostats, carbon monoxide protectors, supply line cleanout valve, filters etc, as part of his install to protect the new ac unit and furnace.

The other thing that impressed us about this company is owner Rick, he was always available or called us back within 10 minutes or so. He answered any questions and left us with the assurance that he stands behind any job his guys come out to perform. He also came out to our house during the job and it was a pleasure to meet him in person.

We will use no other plumbing or AC company for any future needs. Thank you County Wide Plumbing and Air for providing a job well done with the kind of customer service that appears to be lost by so many other companies. You have earned all of our future business.

Great service from start to finish. Our water heater died and they came out the next day and had it replaced super quick and very well priced. Our technician Nick was super helpful and even fixed an additional plumbing issue while he was out here. Now all our heating/AC/water heater stuff is all done through County Wide and I couldn't be happier

A C and Furnace Repair
During the massive heat wave on Thursday around noon we turned our a c unit on and realized it wasn't working so we contacted 7 companies and finally called our neighbor friends who recommended this company. We left a voicemail and the owner immediately returned our call. Said he had his best technician working in our area and he would be in touch once he finished the job. At 3 pm a phenomenal young man, Brandon Nelson came looked at our units and advised us both needed replacing we had them 23 yrs. He talked about furnaces being available but a c unit not so easy, due to supply chain issues. He was thorough, a true professional and was here Saturday at 9 am sharp. He did an amazing job with our 47 yr old home and replaced the floor, insulated the closet and we have a two story and completed all the work superbly. He then proceeded to the side yard to begin the A C repair.which he finished to perfection.
The bundle package was simply a great deal and the workmanship amazing! I highly recommend this company, the professionalism, and the laying down of tarps to protect our entryway and home! Thank you Brandon for your outstanding service!

County Wide's technicians have taken care of several plumbing and air conditioning problems for us over the years and have always delivered fast, excellent service at a fair price. Brandon recently installed a new heating and cooling system for us. He is very friendly and knowledgable and took the time to explain all the options. He did a great job with the installation and also rebuilt the unit's platform and air intake area to increase efficiency and improve operation. He was extremely conscientious, well organized and efficient, and he kept us informed every step of the way. We really appreciate the fast response and excellent service we received.

Last year County Wide's representative came out to evaluate my air conditioner. He ""fixed"" it little by little, adding expensive parts without giving me an overall estimate. He was able to get it working, but at the end advised me that due to its age, it would put a big demand on my electricity, and added that the system could fail at any time. $600 in expense with no estimate or expectations given for approval. As a result, I didn't use the system last year, fearing additional excessive costs. This summer, I tried to use the system during the great heat wave, and it wouldn't turn on. $600 for not one day of cooling. You could say I'm a dissatisfied customer.

Rick was pleasant on the phone and setting an appointment was simple.
He communicated regarding when he would show up with a call that he was on the way. Nick arrived on time and was clean, friendly and very professional. We needed some hose bibs replaced in our laundry closet in a kind of tight space. He looked and saw that we actually needed to replace some of the pipe in order to make sure we would have no leaks in the future. He was quick, and cleaned up the mess from under the washer. He was friendly so it made it a very good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend County Wide for any plumbing or HVAC needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This is my second yelp for County Wide Plumbing and Heating. They say things happen in threes and I really hope there isn't a third. I had a very leaky ,actually flowing water problem with again, an ancient tub faucet. I called Rick again and he was able to schedule me the next day for repair. I met Eli, a very personable guy who went right to work. The valve was stubborn and Eli had to muscle it without breaking it. He worked quickly and very neatly and replaced the part in no time The knob glides smoothly and water pressure has inproved. Again, County Wide to my rescue.
I would also like to say Rick takes great pride of ownership and he will work with you to make sure you understand everything from billing to repair. He is truely one of the few who puts his customers first and makes sure they are one hundred percent satisfied. Thank you all at County Wide for another great experience.
