Rick was pleasant on the phone and setting an appointment was simple.
He communicated regarding when he would show up with a call that he was on the way. Nick arrived on time and was clean, friendly and very professional. We needed some hose bibs replaced in our laundry closet in a kind of tight space. He looked and saw that we actually needed to replace some of the pipe in order to make sure we would have no leaks in the future. He was quick, and cleaned up the mess from under the washer. He was friendly so it made it a very good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend County Wide for any plumbing or HVAC needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This is my second yelp for County Wide Plumbing and Heating. They say things happen in threes and I really hope there isn't a third. I had a very leaky ,actually flowing water problem with again, an ancient tub faucet. I called Rick again and he was able to schedule me the next day for repair. I met Eli, a very personable guy who went right to work. The valve was stubborn and Eli had to muscle it without breaking it. He worked quickly and very neatly and replaced the part in no time The knob glides smoothly and water pressure has inproved. Again, County Wide to my rescue.
I would also like to say Rick takes great pride of ownership and he will work with you to make sure you understand everything from billing to repair. He is truely one of the few who puts his customers first and makes sure they are one hundred percent satisfied. Thank you all at County Wide for another great experience.

I inherited my parents house that needs a lot of work especially with the old plumbing and used the company my parents had used prior and now I got to see why. I called them at 8:30am in desperate need of a technician to come out to fix my broken shower and first was pleasantly pleased to actually speak with Rick, the owner who assured me his team who be out that same day between 10:30 - 1:30. So before I had time to get ready for their visit Rick was calling me back saying the tech was on his way and arrived right after 10:30 which pleased me to no end as I hate waiting all day for a company to arrive.
Eli is a technician expert. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the issues of what was needed which I was extremely grateful for as it made me feel very understanding of the situation and how much hard work was needed to fix it. When he was finished with my shower I asked him if he could possibly fix another issue in my other bathroom that day or if I had to make another appointment for another day and I pleasantly pleased and he checked with Rick he could stay to get the other much needed job done and again the same outstanding job was completed. Also Eli left each bathroom cleaner than when he started! Also he wore his mask the whole time which made my family feel Covid safe as we haven't had anyone in our house since the pandemic started.
I'm so so happy with the finished work and am excited to see that not only do they do plumbing but multiple other services which I'll be contacting them in the future guaranteed.

From start to finish this was by far the best experience I have had with any contractor I have ever dealt with. The installer comes to your home, not a salesman, so he knew exactly what was needed and there were no hidden charges or 'unexpected complications."" I dealt with the owner of the company along with the installer and they are indeed fine gentlemen with impeccable manners and afforded me all courtesies. The owner even gave me his personal cell phone number and the communication was superb. Start to finish the whole process took 5 days. They were neat and tidy and my upstairs is so nice and cool and the new unit only runs half of the time the old one did. I will use County Wide for all my heating, plumbing, and air conditioning needs from now on.

What a scam company.
$200 to fix a clogged sink? The plumber said nothing was wrong with it and still charged us $200.

We called County Wide on Wednesday and had our new furnace by lunchtime on Friday. Their expert/installer, Brandon, was personable and very knowledgeable about the heater and the installation. Best for us, he also knows about performance and made some critical improvements to the ducts and vents to balance airflow and ensure our whole house is warm. He even moved the thermostat closer to the return for a more accurate temperature reading.

Our house has never been this comfortable! We are very pleased and highly recommend County Wide for their responsiveness, friendliness, expertise and value pricing. Thank you, Brandon and the rest of the County Wide team.

I had unknown issues with my A/C for over a year, but never called because I was afraid of getting taken advantage of. I spotted one of their trucks on Lake Forest and took down their phone number on a hunch.
I finally called a week later, just before noon, got an appointment that same day between 1:30 and 3:30 that afternoon.
Nick showed up around 2:00, quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me of the alternatives, and fixed the problem right away at a great price. He was friendly, professional, and thorough.
