From start to finish this was by far the best experience I have had with any contractor I have ever dealt with. The installer comes to your home, not a salesman, so he knew exactly what was needed and there were no hidden charges or 'unexpected complications."" I dealt with the owner of the company along with the installer and they are indeed fine gentlemen with impeccable manners and afforded me all courtesies. The owner even gave me his personal cell phone number and the communication was superb. Start to finish the whole process took 5 days. They were neat and tidy and my upstairs is so nice and cool and the new unit only runs half of the time the old one did. I will use County Wide for all my heating, plumbing, and air conditioning needs from now on.

What a scam company.
$200 to fix a clogged sink? The plumber said nothing was wrong with it and still charged us $200.

We called County Wide on Wednesday and had our new furnace by lunchtime on Friday. Their expert/installer, Brandon, was personable and very knowledgeable about the heater and the installation. Best for us, he also knows about performance and made some critical improvements to the ducts and vents to balance airflow and ensure our whole house is warm. He even moved the thermostat closer to the return for a more accurate temperature reading.

Our house has never been this comfortable! We are very pleased and highly recommend County Wide for their responsiveness, friendliness, expertise and value pricing. Thank you, Brandon and the rest of the County Wide team.

I had unknown issues with my A/C for over a year, but never called because I was afraid of getting taken advantage of. I spotted one of their trucks on Lake Forest and took down their phone number on a hunch.
I finally called a week later, just before noon, got an appointment that same day between 1:30 and 3:30 that afternoon.
Nick showed up around 2:00, quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me of the alternatives, and fixed the problem right away at a great price. He was friendly, professional, and thorough.

Our kitchen sink developed a leak and our neighbors (The Suzukis) recommended County Wide. Said we should ask for Nick.
We did and couldn't be happier. Nick immediately spotted the problem and had the part needed to fix it quickly. He also came in under the quoted estimate.

Called County Wide this morning when I discovered I had no hot water. They sent Nick out 45 minutes later. He replaced my Hot Water tank within 3 hours solving my problem. He was very knowledgable and courteous and highly recommend this company.

I have had this company out to our house twice now and both times they have send a man out that was inexperienced. He quoted us a very high price and could not find the problem last time I had a water heater go out and he quoted $2200 for replacement. Got a second opinion from the gas company in all it was was an $18 part which they replaced and only charge me $125.
I don't suggest for anyone to use this company as they are very untruthful about their diagnosis of your problems. They charge high prices and require a deposit. They charged me $25 for the incorrect diagnosis of my water heater problem. I will never call them again

We have been customers for 20+ years. However, the later years, in the last few years, their quality of service and recommendations went down.

Our old water heater leaked in Dec 2016. It was old and needed to be replace. We called them to replace it. The guy that helped us was so snotty. I wanted a tankless water heater but he said that it will be expensive because I have to replace the parts every few years. So after some convincing, we agreed to NOT to do tankless water heater. He chose the water heater brand, Rheem, and said that is the best brand blah blah blah..... He installed it. That costs us almost $4000. I thought they high-priced us. Really $4000? Unfortunately, we did not compare prices with other company because we trusted this company.

Well time passed, that water heater that he said will last a long time (for years he said) and the best brand leaked last week. This is April 2018, less than 2 YEARS! So we called them again. The same guy came and he was hard to deal with. Complaining a lot about the position of our water heater which is in the corner (that is why I wanted a tankless, MORON!). We were able to return the heater tank without extra cost to buy the new water heater. However, the labor to replace is is $2000. If we have gotten the tankless water heater in the first pace, we would not have paid so much money that the guy said we will spend so much money if we have gotten the tankless one. My brother got the tankless water heater 2 years ago and he have not spent so much money like we have in the last 2 years.

I do not trust this company anymore. Will call someone else the next time we have a plumbing problem. They just lost 1 customer.
