I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. We have had no a kitchen sink leak for 5 days and the plumber from here came for 30 seconds and left without doing anything or checking. Our home warranty company called them and now we are stuck as this company did absolutely nothing. It took them 4 days to come out and the guy spend 30 seconds saying will not do this.

Avoid this place. My home warranty set me up with this place. The plumber came the next day, and collected the $75 trade call fee and left. If you go through home warranty, you need to ask them if they can fix the plumbing problem on the first day they show up, or they need to come back another day. It's been a week, and they still haven't returned since they first visited.
I should have read their Yelp review first! I just called another local plumber, and they solved my issue the next day and on their first visit too.

I called Fidelity National Home Warranty when water leak in bathroom from the piping to the water heater. County plumbing was assigned and showed up. They did not touch anything citing that the request was for the water heater leaking and not the piping. They left leaving the water leaking. Once approved by FNHW to work on the piping, they scheduled an appointment two days later just to call the night before and cancel citing some scheduling issue. I reminded them that the water is leaking and I was worried about water damage to the house. Nope. They didn't care and scheduled it for four days later. I called other plumbers who with a flip of the switch (pressure release switch) of the water heater, stopped the leaking water. Their plumber could have done that on day one. Every plumber knows that technicality. County Plumbing plumber just chose not to and left my water leaking for a few more days. That's just basic lack of caring, lack of empathy. I have some water damage I have to deal with now. They should be recognized for that. Anybody interested in learning more, I'll give you more detail.

Had my water heater replaced from this Country Plumbing yesterday and smelt gas coming from it this morning. I called and was told to call PG&E to look at it because they have no one available to look at the leak. So PG&E came out and found that the gas pipe that County plumbing installed and had several leaks coming from the flex hose to the wall and capped my gas line until it gets fixed. I called back Country Plumbing and explain the situation and was told no one is available to look at it until tomorrow if possible because they want to send the guy back that screwed it up.I said if possible? If the work was done right in the 1st place I wouldn't of been calling you and you're telling me that I'll have no gas or hot water until you can come out!!. The Rep said she'll talk to upper management and then hung up on me.
I'm glad this company stands by their work and takes care of their customers..NOT!!!

Horrible service.. Didnt even look at anything and told our Home Warranty insurance that there was nothing wrong. Dont trust them, they are just out to get the fee for showing up to your house.

Doesnt care . Waste so much of my time. But I guess people will just jump in at anything that can help.

Avoid at all cost. By far, the worst customer service and plumber experience. Plumber came in to look at my sink for literally 5 minutes, turned around and left. Apparently he couldn't replace the faucet without approval from my home warranty. I had to call back or follow up for another appointment window so I had to call back. When I was given only ONE appointment window that unfortunately was right in the middle of a funeral, the woman on the line at County Plumbing refused to offer another appointment window and instructed me to call my home warranty back and ask for a different plumber. All I wanted was a different appointment window which she refused to offer. I've still got a water leak and mess under the sink and no reputable plumber in sight. AVOID.

4 days and still no response. My home owners insurance used them and they are terrible. They lied to our insurance agent and said that we were out of town so they couldnt service our house. We called them several times to confirm appointments but they never responded back.

With 95 1 star reviews I probably didn't need to write another 1 star review to warn people about how bad County Plumbing is. I'm giving it 1 star as a nod to the receptionist who was polite and appeared to make an effort. County was sent by Old Republic Home Protection (also deserves it's 1 star rating).
Tech did arrive promptly, was masked as requested, and grudgingly put on shoe covers upon request. I showed him all the toilets that were having problems. He declared I could not be in the same room (covid) so I had to stand far back, and he literally sat on the toilet seat staring for about 5-10 min not doing anything (I thought he was on his phone playing games), he did that with all the toilets I requested service, the most action he took was flushing them; when asked about what he thought the problem was, he wouldn't share any information with me, the homeowner! who should have a right to know.
He left, wrote up a report that said there were no problems (based on flushing once), which then subsequently resulted in my home warranty denying my claim. There was no transparency to the report so I could not dispute. There was minimal diagnosis, so I didn't trust his assessment. The reason I scheduled the repair in the first place was because local water company notified me of a leak, most likely toilet leak.
I subsequently contracted with another plumbing company (TTL Plumbing - shout out to them - great job!) who found the leak (s), replaced several flush values, so there were legitimate problems contrary to County Plumbing's diagnosis.
Stay far away from this company! Do your Yelp searches for more highly rated companies. When a company has 1 star reviews by many consumers, there are legitimate reasons why.

Stay away from them. My experience with them was bad. They did not reach out for many days after the home warranty repair request was made. Their phone number seems like dummy messaging and you can't get a live person. I got a call on Sunday evening from unknown caller id to set up an appointment. I asked about bad reviews and a phone number to reach out. They dont want to provide a number, not the technicians number and want to keep one way communication. Why do i want to deal with such company? I asked about sending pictures for initial analysis and they don't allow that. Seems like the other reviews are correct as they want to show up just to collect home warranty fees with no actual plumbers and keep hiding with no way to contact them.
