I woke up Monday morning to the sound of water gushing in to my basement. My hot water heater must have burst sometime overnight. I called County Line Plumbing based on the reviews on here. Mike answered at 7:30am and was out here in a couple hours. He installed the new water heater and I was able to shower by noon. All that and his pricing was great. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could and I'll be recommending him to my neighbors.

I'm happy I went with County Line Plumbing. The customer service was above and beyond what I've ever had from a contractor. The owner Mike, was friendly & professional and the work was done to perfection. The gas piping work was neat and clean. I also had him replace one of my shower diverters. I'm very pleased with both jobs he completed for us. The work areas were cleaned up and the finished products look great. I highly recommend this company!

We've had County Line Plumbing out to our house a few times over the last year or so and always had such positive experiences. They always return my calls quickly, thoroughly explain how the issue can be fixed, actually arrive at my house when they say they will and the bill is always at the estimated price point.
The first time I hired them was to remodel my powder room, Mike the owner, worked with my wife on picking the fixtures, pedestal sink etc...he was patient and helpful, he even suggested the paint color, which ended up being perfect. The job was done to perfection. My wife loved how he played with our dog and was sweet to my kids.
The second time we had them come out to install a backup sump pump. Mike took the time to explain the pros and cons for the battery backup vs. the water-pressure backup. While working in my basement, he told me I should keep an eye on my water heater as it was around 9 years old, I didn't think too much of it, but took his advice. He did a great job on the backup system and left the work area clean. On his way out, I mentioned an issue I was having with my garbage disposal; he told me he'd take a look. He resolved the issue and didn't charge me!
Probably 5 months later, I found my water heater slowing leaking from the bottom. I immediately called Mike, he was able to come out the follow morning and replaced my water heater. I really appreciated him telling me to check it often, that probably saved my finished basement from getting ruined.
I highly recommend County Line Plumbing. They are professional, friendly and so reliable. I'm happy I found a small business that's trustworthy and passionate about their work and customers.

Very professional and did great work! I would recommend this company to anybody. It's nice to have someone that is so reliable and that you can trust! I felt that the prices he quoted he stuck to.. Didn't have a bunch of little add ons to make my bill more at the end. He was great in my home with my kids and my dog. Neat and clean and fast!

Very professional and honest, I had gotten a quote from another plumber regarding my issue and it was very expensive. Without telling mike about the quote he fixed my problem at a third of the cost. I highly recommend county line plumbing.

Totally unprofessional and complete waste of time. I received a quote from him and other plumbers; I finally decided to go with him and said no to other guys. On the day he was suppouse to show up. He calls me about an hour before and suggests that the job will cost me $100 more. Stay away from this guy. Total waste of time.

I called County Line Plumbing around 6 am with a leaking water heater. Mike was here with a new tank before 8 am and finished the job before 10. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. After comparing with other companies in the area, his prices are more than fair.
I hope that my house doesn't need anymore updates that Mike could help me with, but if it does, I will not hesitate to call him back. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

Mike came out to my house on a Saturday Morning, with one days notice, to install a new hot water heater in my house. He was on time, fast, clean, easy going and the price was very fair. Will definitely be calling him for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
