I would give 0 stars if I could. I was assigned County Plumbing by my Home Warranty company for an issue with my kitchen sink drain. They called to schedule an appointment at 3:30 pm on a Thursday for the next day from 9-11 am. I confirmed the time with them on the phone and arranged for someone to be at my house from 9-11 am.

County Plumbing showed up before their scheduled appointment time, called me from the front door and I said ""give me a minute and someone will come down to grab you"". This was at 8:51 am. A relative arrived at my house at 9:01 am and County Plumbing was gone. They didn't call back, they didn't say anything they just left. When I got ahold of dispatch they were extremely rude and said they waited for 15 minutes and then left. It was impossible for them to have waited 15 minutes and regardless they were early to their appointment time. The man on the phone was aggressive and kept repeating that his guys left and we would have to reschedule to another day. He then tried to claim that the appointment time was 8:30 - 10:30, which I know for a fact wasn't true.

We got ahold of a different person on the phone later who promised to send out a crew the same day. We waited at my house all day for a call and they never called, never showed up and still haven't heard from them.

I would never recommend this company to anyone and I was sure to tell my home warranty how awful of an experience this was.

Worst service. The scheduling person was pretty rude. They gave 4 hours window and they expect you be there at home all the time. I requested for a courtesy call 30 mins before, they politely rejected my request and said they wont do it (funny policy). We waited for 4 hours and went for a rest room carrying the phone for 5 mins they came and went saying no one at home, even for that the call came after 37 mins saying our person was in your home and you are not there. Requested for reschedule no response for 3 days.

Worst ever. They were dispatched by Home Warranty so we didn't have a choice. They never called, I had to call them to follow-up - multiple times. They were unable to confirm when the plumber could come. I waited for 4 hours and then went to work - which is when they called to confirm that the plumber would arrive between 1-5pm. I got home literally at 1:05p and there was a note on my door. There was no courtesy call that the plumber was on his way and he didn't even bother to call me when he arrived - which BTW, I was literally down the road. When I called them back, the woman was super rude and refused to confirm if the plumber was able to come back. My husband called them as well and she hung up on him!!! EXTREMELY RUDE, DO NOT USE THEM. So many other plumbers out there, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!
