I would rate it zero if I could. Jordan Johnson handled my septic tank replacement request from the beginning to the end. I would say stay away from countryside if you could based on my experience with him. 1. They charge $150 to come out to do an estimate. For a project over $10k budget, most of septic contractors would do onsite inspection for free; 2. Jordan claimed that he would match or beat the price from other contractors if I could send him the written quote. We agreed on the scope of project, the product and tank to use, the price, etc. and he sent me his contract from Countryside. By the time I sent him the written quote from other contractor, he voided his PDF contract from his side, stating that he needs to increase the contract price. Aside from his dishonest behavior, here are my question marks on his contract sent to me: 1. customer needs to agree to put 50% down as deposit which could be a big problem if they postpone your project or anything happens after you sign the contact, you can't walk away for any reasons; 2. Countryside can hire subcontractors during implementation but you can't subtract any related work to anyone else. They put hourly rate of their own that you have to take for electrician, plumbing, or if your pipes are different than specific ones, etc. With so many conditions and high hourly rates on specific items on their contact, your payment for completing the project is up in the air and there is not much you can do with 50% down payment in their hands. I went with a different septic company eventually that has high reputation in septic tank and septic field industry and customer makes final agreed payment once their job is complete. It's much easier to work with at a straightforward contract terms and competitive price. In summary, Stay away from countryside for septic tank replacement or installation work if you can.

Words can not describe how grateful we are for Jordan and the Countryside team service level and knowledge. When we moved into area and immediately had issues with system that demanded repair, Jordan and his team came out and address the issue, provided price and did the Job within the budget and cleaned up work area for us like a pro! After a few years, it came to light that there was some issues deeper than what we could handle. They were handed a horrible septic situation that involved some crazy previous work and cleaned it all up and installed brand new tanks & mound system. The team goes above and beyond to help explain and provide options to solve issues. Keeping a sensitivity about budget and code requirement were critical...there were no hidden costs and any surprises that happened communication was tight and spot on. We were very lucky to cross paths with Countyside and feel very confident in say the team is top notch!

Jordan and the team are first rate. We re-did our outdated septic system and had tricky drainage work done as well. Jordan is an excellent advisor and all work was as promised or better. Jordan is incredible! He is an expert in the field. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a very unique and difficult septic situation and Jordan handled all aspect of the job with ease (including but not limited to coordinating with both village and county authorities). He has extensive background knowledge as he is a plumber and a septic engineer/ installer. Highly recommend him!!!! A true hard working American offering quality service.
