Luke S.Didn't do any work for me. Communication was bad. Very professional when I did get to talk to them which was rare unfortunately. Set an appointment for very early in the morning and they never showed up. There was a mixup on their end scheduling. When I called in they said they'd do their best to fit me in today and would call me back. It's 13 hours later and I've still heard nothing. They very well could just be extremely busy but that's what I should've been told. I went with a different plumber and got my issue fixed.
I called to request an estimate for refurbishing a water softener. They refused to do an estimate, but I agreed to schedule the work with them anyway after they gave me a verbal ballpark figure. When the day came, I had taken off work to meet the plumber. He was supposed to show up between 2 and 4. I received no heads-up phone call. I called at 3:30, since I hadn't received any word yet, and they said the plumber had shown up, but nobody was home. Yet I was home the entire time, never more than 20 feet from the door. Why did he not bother to call my phone if he couldn't get me at the door? They said I'd have to schedule another appointment. When I objected, the receptionist hung up on me. Not a good experience!
Benjamin B.I have never made a post, but felt so compelled after my experience with John and Countryside Plumbing.
I had an emergent situation concerning my main gas line leading into my house on Sunday morning. I called Countryside's emergency number and John called me back and provided an honest timeline of when he would be able to make it to my house.
Long story short - Sunday (Valentine's Day), 20 degrees out... work was done in 2 hours and he also repaired a leaking connection at my water heater that I didn't even know about. Price was extremely reasonable, so much so that I was compelled to give him more. I WILL be using them again if I need anything done and I WILL be recommending to everyone I know.
Please use Countryside.
