Do not pay shawn or his wife julie until all work and parts are installed. He did a large replumb of my house and after one year, has still not installed a cover plate over a bathroom vent. Shawn does the whole ""god bless"" routine while failing to keep his word to complete his job and his wife demonstrates ignorance by failing to return any calls or emails; however, they are really attentive when collecting their money or trying to get more business. The lack of their integrity and moral character ruins the quality of work that they did perform for us.

Countryside Plumbing repaired an outside leaky faucet in September 2016 and it was leaking again in September 2018 (after not a lot of use). They repaired it again/charged again and it is still leaking.

I was suppose to be charged by the hour- $80.00 ph - somehow my bill was way over the hours he was here, plus he had to make several runs for parts which was time consuming! Being a plumber having spare parts with you should be a gimmee. Basically I got taken advantage of. Friendly guy, but we wont use them again, or recommend them.

Never received any return call backs. Couldn't recall the project or any details even after several calls. Huge waste of time. It would have much simpler if they would have told us they couldn't help with our project from the 1st phone call.

We will definitely be return customers. They squeezed us in. I thought it was 'just' a broken pipe, but we had frozen ones, too. The tech had to come back another day. Was prompt within the appointment window. Was very friendly and professional.
