Horrible company! Terrible customer service and communication. slow on getting the work done, hard to get ahold of, don't call back. never came back to finish a job, had to contact to see why. They closed the job out so it was gone from the system. Said they had to re bid the job and it would be 6 weeks at the earliest they could come finish because I would be put at the back of the list. Plus it was 3 times more money than the first bid. I would never use this company, worst customer experience I've had with a company.

Have had out for a few things did a beautiful job, that being said very disappointed with the billing. Recently had to change a water heater out, was billed 125$/hr for two guys. and they needed to drive back to the shop and get more parts, it took a hour to get back to my place. so I Paid 250$ for a trip back to the shop that, for a few dollars in parts!!! they should have come prepared!!. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! plus never took the old water heater as it wasn't ""empty"" NEVER AGAIN will I call them. now I have 1300$ in ""labor"" and less than 150$ in parts and insulation. NEVER AGAIN

Extremely poor customer service. Paul does not return phone calls especially if there is an issue to discuss. They do not care about their customers or doing the right thing - their only concern is lining their pockets. We were charged for the extra labor needed because the job wasn't done right the first time. I will never do business with them again.

Called in an emergency, drains backing up in our lower level. Got their name from two different friends so believed they were trust worthy. Phones were answered by a real human being, not a recording and the plumber called back as soon as he got the message. No, not five minutes later but at least we got a call back. You'd be surprised how many calls you can make before you get a response. He made a suggestion over the phone which we followed and voila! Problem solved. How many companies can you say that about? These folks have my business forever; my friends know their stuff and I'll tell everyone who asks who to call! Thank you Countryside!

I had a hot water heater that was on its way out. (probably 2nd install in 30+ years of living in this house).Plus, I wanted our antique (original to the house), water softener replaced as well.
In either case, was quoted a price. Guys came in, did the R&R, did some great explaining of what was going on, hows/whys/ifs, etc.
Plus they finished a little repair that I was 'going to get to eventually', in about 5 minutes.
Very happy with the job, the professionalism of the workers, and the bill.

Update: A week ago, I called /Countryside, and asked if they could have someone come out and reset the timers/timing on the water softener. (was doing 'its thing' at 2 am. not cool). Needless to say, they sent out someone the next day, he was in and out in less then 5 minutes. Changed the timing setting. (stupidly, figuring out that I could've done this myself). sorry about that).
Didn't charge me for my ineptness. LOL.

I have tried Countryside two times now. Never again. The first plumber didn't do the job correctly. The second plumber spoke poorly of the prior plumbing work done by his colleague. Not cool.

Please be aware of this company! I had used them for my home and 6 rental units for 15 years...they were always great. In the last year something has really changed. Their customer service is non existant, they are rude and condescending. They do not call back, and say you are yelling at them when you are crying, because the bill you just opened is twice the price you should be paying...for nothing! Please beware! They do have great service technicians, that do great, but the last one I had told me since he did not have the part, which would cost about $10.00 (cold water seat in handle), he said just replace whole shower plumbing for about $850.00. (Because he did not have part, and to lazy to look for!) Then they billed me $250.00 plus tax for nothing..he never even looked into part I needed. I called their office and they were rude...never called me back. The customer service rep said she would ""un confuse me"" when I told her I did not understand. She never did ""un confuse me"". They never called me back...just punished me and charged me double....I guess they don't like anyone who questions anything.

Please use caution when using this company. My husband talked to them extensively about whether we should get a new tankless heater or not, and they suggested a simpler, less expensive fix, which we appreciated and awesome. We booked an appt for a Monday, and were quoted $200-300 max for the fix. When they came, the guy was there for under 30 minutes, but in process of install had kinked another hose, which was left dripping water in our utility closet for almost a week when he returned with another associate to fix the issue. We finally got the bill and were charged over $500. My husband to date has called over 10 times to discuss the bill, we were charged their emergency rate, instead of the regular rate, and they will not call us back. Rude office staff now says they were there 2 hours, which if you count the time they were back to fix their mistake it was. Cannot get a call back, extremely disappointed. Any bad reviews they get, the owner seems to blast, so I will not be surprised if they do it to me. As a fellow local business owner, I cannot image putting my clients through this extreme unprofessionalism. They clearly do not care about their customers. We are going to pay our bill and never recommend this company to anyone.

This company has very poor customer service. We had a question on our bill (it being almost double what we were quoted) and they would not call us back. Keep in mind what they came and did for the work was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Almost a week later and no callback, but did get some rude receptionist so that was nice. We are not rude people, we literally just wanted an explanation before paying. I have never been treated so poorly. Watch out for the bait and switch. You should not be in business. Will be reporting to the BBB as well.

I've had them out here twice now this year, and I am so impressed with their service time, response time, and the fact that they are honest with me, and don't try to overspend me.
Tony had everything on his truck he needed to fix my outside water problem, in winter, and got it done quickly. And so pleasant.
I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!
