I am so happy that I called Tommy regarding issues with my tankless water heater. Hot water flow was really diminished and I had one other plumber take a look at my set-up who advised that I had to replace the unit and move all the connections for an estimated cost of $3800. Tommy came out to our property within one day of my phone call, removed and cleaned a small filter and the issue was resolved in minutes. Full hot water pressure was restored and he declined payment. What a great neighbor and business. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Countyside Plumbing for any future issues.

I have called Tommy for various plumbing problems for the last 16 yrs. He has always responded immediately and has even helped me during holiday evenings with a stopped up drain. His prices are reasonable and he is professional and courteous. Recently I called him because a faucet he installed about 12 yrs. ago started to leak. I thought I would have to buy a new one, Tom came over and reminded me that he installed that faucet with a life time guarantee, he called the company I got a new faucet in 2 days and he installed it at no charge. On several occasions we have used Countryside Plumbing for repairs at our home. We have found Tommy to be both honest and direct and reasonable in his pricing. We were pleasantly surprised when Tommy shared with us his other business, which is tile installation and bathroom remodeling. We had Tommy pull up the linoleum in our laundry room and two bathrooms and install tile. Because of poor construction by Del Webb, he also had to jackhammer both bathroom floors to reset the toilet pipes correctly. The tile work is beautiful and we are more than happy with the quality of Tommy's work. We would highly recommend him for plumbing issues, as well as tile work.

This is to warn others not to engage Countryside in fixing your plumbing problems. The plumber came to fix my drainage problem located under my sink. Without my permission, he began changing out my pipes. When I asked him not to, he told me that plumbers no longer used that system (my home is 12 years old). I explained that in all the years I have lived in my home, I had only had two other drainage problems, and Draino took care of the problem. Since I saw no reason to change things, and I was moving, I told him I did not want it. He told me that it would only be $30-40 for the new pipes (for a retiree that is a lot), and he told me that he was a professional and that he only did work as a professional. Another words...the pipes were going to be in. He completed the job, and less than a week later, I had problems. My sink has clogged up 5 times since he was here a couple months ago, and I have another plumber coming to fix what Countryside did to my plumbing.
