Very unprofessional. We needed a hot water install. Very expensive $4600 for a 50 gallon tank. The guy that did the estimate was acting like he finished all of his jobs so early, so he was going to get back to the office and get everything set. No email, no phone call with a timeline. Called and complained. Scheduled for today. The guys did a good job. I asked them about any paperwork? Warranty information? Oh the office will send that to you. Still waiting. I guess they are getting good ratings on their deliveries ?

Countryside did a phenomenal job with my oil system. The technician thoroughly explained what he was going to do during the annual maintenance, was very professional while working, and he showed me an issue I was having with my burner. He even had the part needed to fix it same-day, and at a very reasonable cost! I would not hesitate to use Countryside for any and all of my home service and fuel needs!

This company is the worst. They are crooks. My daughter called me about the work they were doing on there boiler. She was told she needed a new boiler or replace the coil and replacing the coil would be expensive. $4000 for th coil. They would not put it in writing or I'd give you a picture. Long story short they put a new expansion tank in for a leak they didn't need because they didn't know what they were doing. Then they told them they needed a water softener. Will have to test it myself when I go to install the coil which cost $266 for the OEM coil. They were lied to and told they don't make that coil anymore because boiler was 15 yrs old. The company that makes the boiler still makes it and is actually only 30 minutes away from there house. That were also told the might have to get it out of a junk yard. So they should just change the whole boiler and put a water softener in as well. All for a total of $12,000. For the smallest boiler made by the company that makes it. The whole boiler costs maybe $2500.

Crooks. Beware of this company unless you like wasting money.
