We've worked with Dillon twice now to address issues with my well. The first time was when I was out of town and my house sitter friend let me know there was no water at the house. Considering I was in the AZ backcountry, I thought I was in a pickle, but Dillon nevertheless came over right away and recognized and repaired the issue.

The second time, different friends were staying over while I was traveling and they lost water again. I should have listened to Dillon's recommendation to replace the booster pump the first time several months earlier. But, he came over again, on his day off, and set things right. This time I ordered the new pump, and he installed it as soon as it arrived a week later, and now I'm good to go.

Most importantly, throughout this process, he was professional, patient, courteous, and very knowledgable about my system and how to set it right. I cannot recommend Dillon and Country Town enough. He operates in the rarified air of capable, knowledgable, honest, fair pricing, and shows up and follows up, and is extremely pleasant to work with to boot.
