I used this company on one occasion and had a contractor use them on another. On the first, the repair of the water line to the house, they eventually showed up and did the work over a period of days. I lived out of town at the time. Their communication with me was non-existent. There was never an estimate before they proceeded and only a final bill. The second job as a subcontractor, they did not want to get a plumbing permit and walked off the job leaving the house without plumbing days before my handicap wife and I were to move in. If I could give negative stars I would. I eventually found Perry Venard, who is much more professional.

This company was supposed to give us an estimate on replacing a gas line, but instead went into our rental and did the work without our express permission. They did not provide the detailed written estimate as requested. Furthermore, they charged us more than what other plumbers were going to charge. Our attorney told us we did not have to pay this bill because they did not have our permission. However, we did pay them what other plumbers would have charged us, which was half of what they charged us. Instead, they tacked on outrageous late fees, resorted to name calling and threats of turning us into IRS. Now I learn they are not licensed to do that type of work!!! Beware of this company!!!!
