Count -On Plumbing was recommended by my plumbing supply store. I have a Grohe bathroom faucet that was leaking, and I couldn't remove the cap on the faucet. I spoke with Kenny and sent him pictures of the faucet and model number. When Kenny came out, I wanted to watch and learn how to remove the cap. Kenny would not allow me to watch, saying he gets nervous if people watch him work. He promptly removed the cap, and said he had to go to my plumbing supply store to get a part, and would be back in twenty minutes. When he returned, Kenny finished the job, which took less than an hour of total time. Kenny charged $164.00 for labor, and $91.35 for a new cartridge. As I was writing out a check for $255.35, I asked Kenny what type of tool he used to remove the cap of the faucet, and he refused to answer, saying he does not teach. I later contacted my plumbing supply store , and was told that their retail price for the cartridge was $27.00, so Kenny charged me more than three times the retail price. $255.35 for a total time on my job of one hour is extremely high, especially when he refused to answer questions about how the work was done. I will not be calling Count-On Plumbing in the future.

Count-On-Plumbing was recommended by my plumbing parts supply house to repair a KWC faucet. The cartridge needed replacing and the retaining nut was frozen in place. Kenny called back promptly and set up an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving. With a few minutes of work, he was able to remove the retaining nut without damaging it, replace the cartridge and adjust the faucet. Very fast and extremely professional. We will be calling him back after the holidays for additional plumbing work.
