Mr Cotton came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon. We had a water leak that we were unable to fix. He was very professional, clean and polite. He assessed the problem, knew how to fix it and had the required parts on the truck. We were pleased with his work and very satisfied with the service rate and final billing. We will call him again when needed. This work was conducted at my Father-in-law's home.

We hired him for a major plumbing job and he said it would be done. He left open holes in the yard, broken pipes and now he wont even answer the phone. It is going to cost more money to have his equipment removed and hire a new company to come out, fix what he broke, and then handle the problem he promised to take care of.

This guy was hired to do a sewer line repair next door to me. He drove his backhoe all over MY DRIVEWAY AND LAWN. He left deep tread marks all across my yard and black marks on my driveway. He knocked a giant limb off MY tree. I contacted him. He completely denied harming my property. I asked for his insurance company. He would not give it to me. I then contacted the CSLB. He is UNLICENSED and probably uninsured. I am glad my neighbor and the owner who hired him were gracious and apologetic. Kudos to them for making it right.
